I can barely walk and I'm disabled with a cane. A lady was waiting and she said there was someone else in the back that could wait on me. He was with a customer. I just wanted to ask him a question. He was very rude, and interrupted me and I did the same to him and he took a breathe with a rude obvious exaggerated face and told me he was with a customer. Twice!!I knew he was with a customer. I just had a question so a disabled person would not have to wait too long if there was no sale on the iPhone 17 pro max upgrade!!! I walked out, and said you just LOST a customer! My husband and I spent three days at the AT&T store on Centennial Center Blvd trying to open a joint account. What should have been a simple process turned into hours of waiting, unnecessary credit checks, and zero resolution. The staff were inconsistent, poorly trained, and unable to help. We now have multiple open accounts, wasted time, and credit inquiries that could impact our ability to buy a house. This experience has been so frustrating that we're considering switching providers. We decided to upgrade our iPhones. Our Retail Sales Consultant, Napoleon P., went above & beyond in assisting us with our transaction. He was friendly & very knowledgeable in all the products & services. We upgraded to iPhone 14's & we're able to get a discount for working in the medical field + a credit towards Apple Watch. We also cut the cord with the "C" word (Cox) Communication. We switched to DIRECTV stream. It brought our TV billed down significantly. Napoleon penciled out the savings on paper & it made sense to switch. After talking with, Napoleon, I learned that he has been with AT&T for the last 17 years. He was very thorough in packaging our whole bundle to get us the best monthly rate. I've been a loyal AT&T customer for the last 25+ years, due to Retail Sales Consultants like Napoleon P., who have have excellent work ethic & product knowledge my transaction was spot on !!! read more

We have been loyal AT&T customers for almost 10 years and our experience today was by far the worst for us. We came in today to upgrade three phones: a The sales associate rushed the process by charging us for the phones before any questions were asked. When we asked if the phone storage in our new phones were the same, the sales associate said yes. She didn't ask us anything other than what phones we wanted. She was quick to open all the boxes and start transferring data. When we asked again if one of the phones was a 256GB, she then said no, because it's a standard 128GB. We told her that wasn't going to work, but then proceeded to tell us we then needed to pay the restocking fee. Long story short, she didn't ask us for clarification and continued to make us feel like it was our fault. The manager did waive the restocking fee, but we hoped he would at that point stepped in to resolve the issue and take over. Instead, the sales associate continued to make mistakes by mixing up our phone numbers and had to back track. We stayed there for THREE hours only to leave without our phones completely transferred, without screen protectors, without phones cases, and without information on what to do for the trade-in credit for our old phones. We were unhappy when we left the first store. We went to another store to get help, but another associate was being a jerk (for lack of a better word), so we bought what accessories they had and left. We are disappointed in the service we got today from both stores. We wanted to also get an iPad Pro and two iWatches, but we were done after our experiences today. We are considering changing service providers soon. read more

Hubby was having dropped call issues with his phone so the company told him to try getting a new SIM card. We did just that in this location. Will, the rep who assisted us, was nice and informative about other options if a new SIM doesn't fix the problem. I believe we will be coming to this location from now on as the line was shorter and we were happy with customer service. read more

When someone can steal your bank account number and pay their $680 cell bill with this stolen info, that's sad. You would think a company as big as AT&Twouldnt accept a payment from a bank account that does not belong to the cell phone account. No pressure! Originally went to the Durango location in Centennial to do my upgrades, and as you can tell from my previous review, that did not work out. So part 2 takes place at this Centennial 95 location. Contact Immediately greeted and signed in as soon as we walked in. +1. 30 min wait, no problem. Oh bit wait, 10 mins later we are called up +1 again. Our CS rep is Leah. She's rocking Super Stars like us, what. The plan So since the visit to the last AT&T, we did more shopping, and the other lines were upgraded online. The plan today is to upgrade the 2 remaining lines, but I had changed my mind about the device I wanted. Leah informed me that I could take my time and that she will go forward with the upgrade of my wifes device. Leahs patients For about 15 to 20 mins, I spent my time analizing my choices. I've done my reviews, so I know what I want, but I had the hardest time contemplating the best device to go with. Throughout this time, Leah gave me my space. No pressure tactics to sway me to any specific device, and no interruptions while I took my time. +10 The phone I finally made a decision for my device and was offered store credit for my trade in. With this we purchased 2 cases, 2 screen protectors and a wireless charging dock. On top of that, Leah transferred the data from my old device to the new one. Applied the screen protectors and cases, while she explained answers to any of our questions. +20 Conclusion Happy, as simple as that. Came in to do what we wanted. Received more than expected, and left without the feeling of being hassled. Despite the rush of many last minute shoppers, this experience was surprising my smooth. Why 4 stars? Leah had to cancel a Direct TV service set up that I felt was put on to me the night before. But it was all made up with her awesomeness. Gotta be those Chucks lol. Happy with the update experience. AT&T as a whole, is a terrible company to do any kind of business with - especially the phone service they offer has got to be the worst in the country for connectivity and coverage! They are also notorious for making promises on promotion's offered and DO NOT HONOR those promises. This review is meant strictly for Felicita. I walked into AT&T on Saturday afternoon (begrudgingly) with full intentions on returning my iPhone 7 Plus. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone with AppleCare it appeared the only resolution I had with my phone problem was to return my new IPhone 7 and keep my 6. Felicita checked me in and then took on my problem herself. Even though I was determined to just quit and return the 7, she was also determined to figure out my problem. Suffice it to say ... she was hands down the brightest part of my day yesterday. She not only figured out the problem I was having, but helped me back up all my info (even though AppleCare said it was impossible) and I'm a happy girl today !! Hey AT&T ... Sales Representative Napoleon told us that if we added more lines to our account that it would save us money. In fact it did not and today I go to the store to have the lines removed and the girl says to me that they cannot help me in Store. I said I keep calling customer service department and stay on hold for over an Hour just to be Disconnected. Very Frustrating and Poor Customer Service. Justin A. Needs a raise. Omg I have never been offered as much support in a phone store ever. He stayed and made sure my day at transfer was done even though it was late and throughout the whole process he kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy and as a new customer I really appreciated that. Fast forward a few days I was having a hard time hearing with the case i got so I went back to the store. Low and behold Justin flew off of his seat and came to my rescue. It was so nice to see him and I'm so glad he was there. He remembered my mom's birthday since we said we'd come back and switch her over and get her the new apple watch. Like he is my favorite person ever! Very professional he helped me put on my pop socket and made sure I walked out with a case I loved. Yes. Yes. Yes. A thousand times yes! I have no idea how this store could have gotten such bad reviews...maybe I'm used to being treated like crap in California, or perhaps it's because I just came back over from two horrible months with Verizon...not sure... The only thing that I haven't liked about living in Vegas is that businesses and people are so nice to me I feel bad if I don't write a review. It's been really time consuming...AT&T - Sharlene and Issac both gave me phenomenal customer service. So much so that I felt like I was "coming home", no joke. I know it sounds stupid, but I came over to the AT&T store initially one late afternoon directly from Verizon. I had only been with Verizon for two months but I was done with the games and the deception and the crappy customer service and dropped service and excessive bill. Within the first minute or two of walking into AT&T, I felt better. Literally every employee greeted me even if they were helping someone else. It was bright and clean and livelier - the employees were invested in their customers, not staring at their phones like at Verizon. You go to Verizon, you have to have an appointment, period. Once they grant you access to enter, there's a handful of employees standing around bs-ing. For what? Verizon won't do a single thing for their customers - won't call customer support, won't even import your number or set up your new account. To get a military discount is a joke...its almost insulting. You have to sign up for a separate program called Veterans Advantage. To verify my service, I had to answer a bunch of outdated and trivial questions to "prove" I was in the Air Force. At AT&T all they did was see that I had "VETERAN" on my license and that was that. They didn't even ask for proof they just used their eyes for obvious indicators. When I asked if they needed my military ID they were past that point by then. Also, they didn't understand why I kept trying to do stuff for myself. They did it all, from switching out my SIM (Verizon didn't) to taking my case off even, putting my new case on... transferring data, called customer service to finagle a work around for me...it was awesome! The employees are great to each other and great with their customers. I legit enjoyed my time in that store and appreciate the effort they went through for me very much. Bonus, my bill will end up being a lot cheaper than what Verizon could have offered, and cell service/data speeds are on-point. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with any company ever. From the store to corporate, it's a complete train wreck. The manager, Eric, hides in the back of the store if you're in need and has an employee who doesn't have the capability to do anything help you. We paid over $2000 to pay off our phones to leave AT&T and go to Verizon and they somehow applied our massive payment to a number and phone that doesn't exist and that we've never even heard of. When we asked them to just transfer the payment to our phone they said they didn't have the ability to do that. Corporate can't help us either, we've tried multiple times. We're now out an insane amount of money and have no idea how to fix it. I would advise anyone not to join AT&T unless they want nonstop headaches and frustration. read more

I've been an AT&T customer for several years but needed to adjust my plan to First Net as I'm a First Responder. I went into the Centennial store and spoke with Felice. She was amazing. Felice spent so much time helping me select the right plan options to fit my needs. I never felt rushed and she set up my iPhone and Apple Watch for me. Her friendly service and great work ethic is what makes this store great. As for the store itself, it's very clean and plenty of places to sit and wait. I'd highly recommend this store. Ask for Felice as your rep, you'll be thankful you did. The First Net platform is amazing as well. read more

I went to this location to return a phone I received in the mail yesterday that I didn't order. AT&T is taking it upon themselves to send customers that currently have 3G these phones. We have until February to update our phones. The insert that comes with the phone explains that " if you don't activate the cell phone, they will automatically activate it in approximately 30 days Once you activate your new cell phone your current cell phone will only be able to call 911 and 611 until February 2022." So not only do they send you a phone you don't want but they intend to turn your current phone off. But, you have til February 2022 to get an updated phone! I go in this store to return the phone, I explain what's going on. The first person I spoke with looked over to I learned later was the assistant manager, asked her if she wanted to take this. I explained everything to her. She tells me there is a $55.00 restocking if they take it back in the store. I was not paying any restocking fee. The assistant manager asked the first customer service representative to CALL customer service! He hands me the phone, I'm on the phone in the AT& T store I don't even know how long. Customer service on the phone took care of me and was apologizing non stop. Customer service is not a priority at this store. Beware if you have AT&T and don't have a 5G phone yet. If I could leave no stars I would. I have had the worst time dealing with the store manager of this store. I bought an Iphone 15 at this store, however, I made the purchase late at night and as the store was closing I was told that I would have to finish the data transfer at home. I am not one to inspect my phone throughly, especially when it is suppose to be a brand new phone with no damages. I left the store that night and by the next morning realized that there was a scratch across the front screen of my brand new phone. There was not a single moment from the night before to the next day where I could've cause that kind of damage to my brand new phone. I immediately called the store, and was told by the store manager that I either had to pay the phone screen replacement fee or go to Apple to have them deal with the issue. I managed to make an appointment with Apple this same day, and when I took my phone in I was told there was nothing they could do on their part because the phone was not purchased at an Apple store. I was told to go back to the At&t store where the phone was purchased. I don't have all day to just be dealing with the situation, as I do have a job that is going to come first. So I was not able to make it back to the At&t store until the next day. When I went to the store, I explained the situation to the sales rep, and asked to speak with a manager. The store manager immediately knew who I was, even saying that he remembered me calling the day before. He immediately got defensive and started to insinuate that I caused the damage and that his sales rep would have noticed any sort of damage on the phone. However, this scratch is only noticeable from certain angles when in direct light, so of course I did not notice it the NIGHT I purchased the phone. The store manager told me he would only waive half the screen replacement fee, while still placing blame on me for the damage on the phone. After agreeing to this option, because I just wanted the screen fixed and the scratch to be gone, the store manager still had the audacity to come back to me saying that he "reviewed" the security footage from the night I purchased the phone and proceeded to tell me what he saw had occurred that night. I had nothing to hide, and agreed with everything he said he saw on the security footage. I then proceeded to tell him that his actions were pointless, since I had already agreed to just having half of the screen replacement fee waived. He tried to apologize, but at this point I was already fed up with the treatment I was receiving. I was not assisted what so ever with the claim process, as the store manager decided I was not worth his time and did not help me with this. I did not know how to file the claim myself, and tried my best. The treatment by the store manager at this store was horrendous, and honestly I believe he needs to be taught proper costumer service skills. read more

I came into this store wanting to switch over from Verizon because my bill was way too high. I spoke to Isabel who was helpful at first, got me and my family phones. And then sold me on an iPad and I watch with a promise that there would be a credit to my account for a business promotion. After a few billing cycles I reached out to Isabel to see what happened to my credit she threw me on a round around and then blocked my number. I think she was just trying to get more commission that day , so thank you Isabel for lying to me and then blocking me :) read more

I had to give this store 5 stars, but mostly for Leah. Her customer service is superb! I went today to shop around to change my mom's phone to something newer. Leah checked us in and gave us different options of cellphones and took her time to explain all the available offers and go into details with the Next Plans. It was so warming to know she cared about her customers. After we agreed on the phone purchase, she also sat down with us to explain the features of the Galaxy S7 and transferred all the information from the old phone to the new phone. Alright so I went in about a month ago to open an account. The service reps I spoke to were pretty nice during my time there. The reason why I'm giving this place one star is that I feel like I was deceived and/or the employees didn't really know what they were talking about. First off, they convinced me to switch from Cox to their bundle where they provide internet and cable for $65 a month. What a steal, right? I signed up that day and they scheduled for people to come and set up my cable and internet a week or so later. The cable set up went fine, but for the internet, I waited 5 hours for the guy to come install it and nothing. Finally, I call AT&T - mind you, I wasn't able to reach anyone at the actual store I set everything up at because they don't ever answer their phone. The AT&T rep then looks up my account & says they can't provide internet service where my house is located. So the rep then tells me I have to go through Century Link. I questioned her repeatedly because I was under the impression I was only going to have to pay $65. She couldn't give me a straight answer. Guy shows up 20 min later from Century Link to install internet. Fast forward a few weeks and I just got a bill from AT&T for cable $66, and a separate one from Century Link for $40. Again, I just tried to call the store I set this all up at to see what I have to do since this is obviously not the bundle price I agreed to, but again, the phone rings and rings and nobody ever picks up. Earlier this month, after switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, we had received an outrageous bill and our profile had various information that didn't match up. Today we had the most pleasant interaction with the store manager, Fatima, at this specific location. She corrected our bill and updated our profile with the correct information. Our initial bill we received in the mail was $454. This was significantly cut because some of the promotional offers weren't showing on our bill and we weren't receiving credit for those offers. First, if you don't want to help people then find a different job, such as in the morgue. I had the displeasure of dealing with Fatima, who is reportedly a manager. Cmon AT&T, you mean to tell me she was the best candidate for the job? She can't even speak English well! She's rude and disinclined to help fix a problem which originated at the store she "manages." I've been with AT&T for well over a decade and have never had such an issue upgrading services. Threatening to call the cops should tell you how proficient her problem solving skills are. Perhaps that's your own personal experience of problem solving, if so, that is sad. Promote Eric, the assistant manager, and demote Fatima. He was incredibly helpful and apologized profusely for his "manager's" incompetence and childish behavior eg purposely making me wait for over 60 minutes.
