Once they "diagnosed" they tried to explain to my wife that it wasn't due to any of the repairs.they stated that the water damage crept to the power side of the phone. Well knowing about water damage...you have to remove all water damage from the circuit board...the first time. Also they wanted to charge between $150-$250 and have the cell phone for a week. no sir not this guy. They didn't repair it right the first time. they repaired it with non-apple genuine parts. The way they tried to justify it is atrocious. Save your money people cause that's what they're after.

Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
