CHEAP GLASS, BREAKS VERY EASY (TWICE), EVEN IN OTTERBOX I paid $145 to have my screen repaired, less than 18 hrs later during breakfast my phone fell off my lap onto the carpet and cracked again, not even 2 ft off the ground... I was told it was because my case, screen protector, etc and that he would cut me a deal and I would only pay for the screen ($90). Naturally, I was not comfortable paying so much given what just happened and negotiated it to $70 against my friends advice and better judgment to ask for a full refund. Long story short I bought an Otterbox and screen protector on top of paying an extra $70 ($215) for another screen. 2 weeks later I SET MY PHONE DOWN AND THE SCREEN BROKE. So I came back to see if they could fix this problem because the application must have been faulty. When I came there was another returning customer with the exact same problem! He said that it was for the screen not working, not for breakage. He then said, "Did I offer screen protection?" I said, "No, you said I had a 30 day warranty, so I thought that I was protected. I didn't think that my screen, which fell 2 feet was going to crack. His response? I'll have you pay for parts not labor. I asked how much and he told me around $50. He told me to come go to Apple and see what they had to say and come back. No way!!! I went to the apple store for a proper protector, which they installed. Scammer Alert Would give this business zero stars if possible. Called ahead to see if they were open, get a quote for repairs, if they accepted credit cards, etc. All answered in the affirmative. After the repair was completed the person there decided randomly that "credit cards don't work on Sundays". Even though they're in a mall with dozens of businesses operating with credit charges just fine. No indication at all they only accepted cash, none. Their website and storefront indicate nothing about not accepting credit cards on Sundays(which is absurd and deceptive). Wanted cash, and in a higher amount than originally quoted. Avoid this place. I had the screen of my iPhone XS repaired here and it wasn't done correctly. After the repair, Face ID no longer worked. I took it back and the owner said that I had to wait for Apple to release a software update for Face ID to work again. I said that - just by chance - my phone had received an iOS update since the repair and it didn't help. He then said that I needed to wait for another update. None of that made sense and searching on Google revealed that Face ID not working after a screen replacement is a symptom of the replacement not being done correctly. I don't mind that much that the repair didn't work - from my reading at ifixit, it sounds tricky - but I do really mind being lied to. Again, avoid this place. read more

This is probably the most unprofessional phone repair place around. First, I drop off my phone when no one is around and go to park my car. When I return, I see the attendant literally start repairing a young ladies phone. I ask if he started on my phone and he says that she was here before me. He then says it's going to take an extra 15 minutes to repair my phone. I asked why he started repairing her phone when I was clearly there before her. He said that is not true, puts the my phone on the counter, and says she was here first. This is not true since I parked literally across his store and I literally saw her walk up and drop her phone right in front of me as I was walking up.
