When I arrived I was shown the phone it looked brand new!!! They did a great job and I'm very happy with the customer service. It however does get costly for some phones. But it's easier and cheaper than going through the insurance for me.

Got there to pick it up and Zach said he forgot to do the charging port. Problem was the work took an hour longer and it's now closing time. Didn't even fix what I went in there to get fixed first and foremost. Now he texts me and said the part won't be in until Friday so I'm gladly going somewhere else and switching the family over to a new repair shop.

Cox Mobile referred me to this location under insurance. No one else in line, gave the details to the representative, referred to call Asursion- on site did so, THEY have no replacement or cannot fix on site- okay, no problem. THEY do not service Motorola products. Hmmmmmm. After doing the Kiosk stuff and speaking with an Asursion rep, I told the in person rep let's do a replacement then for $29.99, however I sorta need this for work. I noticed a few other customers arrive and politely told the rep to please assist them and I'll patiently wait. The rep continued to ignore me and assist the next 6-7 customers who seemed to all have the same or similar issues except being Apple related. The rep continued to WHISTLE (endlessly) assisting customers and making up fake gestures to them. I waited patiently and so on. After ONE HOUR of being ignored I finally quietly left back to Cox Mobile only to be referred to the Asurion website to FINISH the claim. In turn, " Sorry we're unable to continue your claim, an error occurred while processing your claim." BTW, it was a male, no name badge-never introduced himself-was more worried about making a commission, making stupid -lame comments to the others or WHISTLING the entire time. I see now the ones I let go after me, the rep was ALL about them and completely ignored me. The rep had endless opportunities to take my payment for a replacement and I would've been happy. Amazing how this happens and is accepted. This is by far ONE of the WORST customer services ever, especially NOW. 06/29/26 after 4PM, waited until way after 5PM.

I lucked out big time in coming across Dave, the owner of Mac It Better. He came to me within an hour of my call. Due to my schedule, he took the computer with him and then had it back to me in a few days. His communication about the issue was superb and he was so fair and so great to work with. The new screen started having issues within 2 days. He said he would come back and fix it. The first time we scheduled for him to come back. He texted the night before and wanted to reschedule due to feeling under the weather, no problem. Then he was a no show. Now he is no answer.

Issac was very nice and professional on the call made the appointment discussed price how things work. Ok appointment day! Yeah I can't wait!!! OCD is almost at medication level . At about 55 minutes pass my appointment time I reach out for an status update. I quickly got an apology and a response as they were having tech difficulty. Ok I'm feeling better and really anxious. Although my appointment was at 11 and the phone didn't get fixed until after 1pm. I was ok, he offered a free glass protector and the service was completed in like 20 minutes. When someone takes accountability for a mess up I appreciate it. The communication was ongoing all the way until he was walking in the building. I appreciated that.
