Being it was Easter break this past week. We took 2 of our grandsons. The rides they had opened but they were extremely understaffed. The wait to get on some of the rides was ridiculous. Also the Candy Factory they have wasn't opened, reason when we asked .... Short staffed. They had a sign up on the front entrance saying we are short staffed. We didn't notice the sign . It was small and not on the door we entered. Your spending money expecting what you're paying for is going to be there. I did approach the staff person who checks everyone in. I have to say she was very apologetic and gave his 4 free passes for the next visit. I'm not there to get anything for free , I'm there for my grandkids to enjoy themselves. We found the price for our party package and add ons very fair, especially compared to other similar venues in the area. Our party hosts, Tanya and Michael, were amazing! My group and I arrived at 3 PM on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate a birthday party. Overall, everyone had a great time, but there were some kinks that made it less enjoyable. For example, with the car racing, the person who was in managing the line, kept my family on the line for 20 minutes and did not communicate well, which led to the kids getting restless and frustrated. There needs to be a clear system for singles and doubles so that large families can plan accordingly. One of the highlights was the party room, as the host was very energetic and engaging with the children. The time in the room was short, but the room itself was beautiful and the food was enjoyable. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders and fries. The arcade games were fun and the kids had a great time. The rides are more geared towards younger kids so if there's a child in your group who enjoys fast roller coasters, this is not the place for them. All in all it was a great time and we were able to celebrate a birthday for the seven-year-old in our group with all smiles. read more

Not on a rainy Sunday & keep trying to rip us off for 16 games of laser! tag plus games. Had 2 go to manager 3 times to straighten out. Only gave us 1 card for 8 people. Had to get 8 still not all there. By then games too busy. Food ok. We had blast playing laser tag when finally did!! read more

Had my sons' birthday party here in Dec 2023! When I was looking for information & prices I couldn't find anything! Posting my reservation confirmation to help someone else :) Booking was very easy - did it in person after attending another party. Worked with Soliel - A SWEETHEART!!!! I will say, if your party is on the weekend it WILL be insanely crowded lol There was an extra charge to have the staff set the party room up for you but I opted out. My husband & I left party to set up 15 mins before our scheduled time. I'm not sure if the staff was aware we didn't pay for set up but we had 3 people come & help us anyway so that was nice lol The room was sooooooo H O T. I would ask for a fan or something next time. They forgot some of our food - very annoying. Eventually it came. Overall I would have another party here - I would just be more prepared for the crowd. Other than that great experience. read more

Has go kart, video games and a whole arcade inside. There are multiple gaming machine for every kind and various other games like basket throw, table ice hockey, carousel and a few rides. Been there a couple times, one visit was nice the other awful. Lots of games and the Laser Tag is fun. My major issue was I paid for laser tag with my six year old son and my pack didn't work and my son had issues too. I got an error code to see an attendant and by the time I finally could find one, over half the game was over. I asked if we could just play in another game since we literally hadn't fired a shot but he said he could only give us a new pack to finish the game that was almost over. Had maybe 2-3 minutes of laser tag and when I contacted them afterward through the website, I did not even get a response. This is a really cool place that if I lived in the area I would consider holding a birthday party here. I can't believe how clean this place is. Everything from the game area to the bathroom is spotless. The staff is excellent here. Very friendly to the campers I was accompanying and they organized everything perfectly. This is a very well run place! A few critiques, the games are pricey. The campers barely got to play two games with their cards. Considering making camp days with half price games in the summer would be awesome. The food options during the day are slim. I was not touching the anemic looking pizza sweating away in the window but the prices are fair, the chicken fingers I had were decent and served with a massive amount of fries. Arrived here as a chaperone and it was a fun one for most of my students and colleagues. Before entering the facility, we were advised by the hosts that we had access to all the arcade games and one free session of laser tag and 10 credits by distributing colored paper bracelets and arcade card. However, they didn't mention that we had access to only the machines with blue lighted slots. Therefore as soon as the students swiped their cards they already used up the 10 credit balance without knowing we had access to the blue ones only. The hosts could've better explained it by providing written instructions. Not only that most of the rides were not free. There were maybe about 3 rides in the back where they allowed the students ride it for free compared to the rides by the laser tag station. Please inform the chaperones with clear instructions before entering the premises to experience the most out of this place. I liked how there were plenty of benches and open space where we can keep our eye on the children. As part of our package we received free lunch. They offered hamburgers & fries, pizza, and black bean burger and fries. However, we got only 20 hamburgers and 20 personal pies, but 40 black bean burgers. It was the worst thing ever! It was rock hard. Not edible to eat whatsoever. I would say the food was the most disappointing aspect because the children and chaperones were starving and had to eat fries. Those with money bought food from the stands. Please do not serve those black bean burgers again. Other than that this is a good place to come with kids. read more

Last night, I had a really fun time it was great. I had a fun time and I had candy. I haven't had fun in a really long time.

Overall, this is a good place for kids and adults to enjoy some fun time with arcade, rides, and other amusements, indoors. Place was pretty packed since it was Saturday but it wasn't too bad. About 15 minute wait for table at the bar & grill for lunch. Only thing is almost no one was wearing a mask, which is fine but there was no stations for sanitizing. Highly recommend brining your own. Also the whole time we were there, I didn't see anyone cleaning so this may be a concern to some. Their prize center was small compared to the size of the place. The guy who was working behind the counter didn't seemed to care much with nonchalant answers to questions. People were cutting line and pushing and shoving; not just at the prize area. I wouldn't be surprised if a fight breaks out at this place. Food wise, nachos was OK and the chicken on the pasta was rubber. I had buffalo wings and spicy Korean wings as well but I wouldn't recommend it. Dark bones usually mean frozen chicken, which was dry, and the sauce wasn't great.
