One of my main motivating reason to write my reviews on Yelp is to support local businesses. Jungle Jim and Jane great example of supporting local ownership. The owners are present and manage their business as a well oiled machine. So many thoughtful details are integrated into their floor plan for little kids and adults. Extremely clean. Organized and rules are enforced to ensure the safety and security for group at large. My toddler loved the many toys and spaces provided. It's fun and energetic but also spacious enough to have a comfortable experience. Strollers are not allowed, just fyi, keep them at home or in the car. read more

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday in April at Jungle Jim & Jane! This place is truly great for the kids! Sammy did magnificent job in making our daughter's birthday truly special while we didn't really to do anything ourselves! We were extremely impressed with the fact that the place is extremely clean (comparing to most of the places). It was great that the workers were taking pictures that they airdropped to me at the end, I didn't need to worry about running around taking pictures and videos during the party. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here last Sunday. The reason we booked Jungle Jim & Jane even though it was an hour away was because they allowed us to book the whole venue which is different than its competitors. The package included cake, pizza, juice, party bags and 90 mins of play time, totaling a 2 hour party. If you want to have a party for your children without doing anything, this package is for you. The owners, Sammy and Michelle, took care of everything and made sure the facility was clean. It definitely was spotless which is rare for a kid's play place. Our party host, Samantha, also did an excellent job taking pictures of the kids having fun and posting it on the tv when the kids were eating pizza. The other advantage of booking your party here is you can bring food and adult beverages for your guests. So kids and adults can both enjoy Jungle Jim & Jane. I took my sons (6) and (15 mos) to a birthday party here. Let me tell you....This place is GREAT the kids loved it! There is a place just for 24 months and under. Which was perfect for the babies, while my other son had a blast on all everything else. They have a gate to go in and out so the kids can't just wonder around. A place to store your shoes and coats etc. No special socks you are forced to buy. Just wear your own. But they do have socks for purchase if needed. Which I did so that was great. No shoes allowed once you enter they play around beyond the gate, which is in part probably why it is so clean! And a very ATTENTIVE STAFF. What I loved most about the place was how it was run by the owners. First SO CLEAN everything from the ball pits, the floor to the bathrooms. Like I mean CLEAN. The place smelled clean! You can tell from the second you walk in. And it's winter with the salted roads which you would track in. Well 0 of that! I'm pretty sure they clean through the day which is amazing. They run a great place here. I wish I had had my sons party here instead because let me tell you this place not only made my kids happy but I was too. I don't think I can go anywhere else now! We drove 45 min from where we live and it's worth the drive for us! read more

We did our 2nd party there and had a wonderful time. The full team and owners are so helpful and accommodating. There to help setup throughout the party and after for clean up. Everything is done for you. Additionally they allowed us to decorate for our daughter's theme. This time we did a private buyout and the kids had a blast. All the parents were able to relax and watch all the fun. Hands down the cleanest place for a kids party. I highly recommend it and we had a blast. read more

I recently took my nephew here at noon on a Saturday. The place was packed to the brim. There were multiple birthday parties going on at once so it was really overwhelming for both me and my two year old nephew. They should let you know there will be multiple birthday parties going on when you book. My nephew seemed to enjoy it at first (the concept is great) but he quickly became overwhelmed with children running all around him and into him. He likes to take his time and enjoy each play station but he couldn't. I think this place would be much better on a weekday when it isn't jam packed. He absolutely loved the slide and I don't think I ever heard him giggle with joy they way he did going down it a few times. What really turned me off to the place is when I gave my nephew some water to drink. He was sweating (it was so hot in there from how many people were in there) and the staff made a huge deal about it. They were acting as if it were a code red over water. It was so odd that I decided to leave early. After reading the reviews it appears the man who ran out of the camera room to yell to the staff that there was a child drinking water in the play area was the owner (my nephew was now in the front, instead of the play area, drinking his water). The same man was pretty rude on the speaker about a lost child looking for her mom. It was just a weird energy especially for a kids place. It has potential, but if you do go, on a weekday and make sure there aren't parties going on. Oh, and don't give your child any water to avoid an embarrassing over reaction from staff. read more

We had our 4yr olds birthday party here last Saturday. Sammy and Michelle were so accommodating when more kids showed up unexpectedly. They are the kindest people around so I'm shocked when I'm reading others found them rude!! My little girl had the best time and multiple children from her school came up to me to say it was the best party ever. The staff who worked the party, Sam, was so sweet and genuinely made sure the birthday girl was happy, took so many pictures for us and sent to us right away. They ordered the food, cake and made goodie bags for all the guests. Didn't have to do a thing!! Both of my children can't wait to go back for some more fun! They absolutely loved it here. We hosted a group of about 30 people for our daughter's birthday party. It was our first time visiting the venue. From the second we arrived, the owners greeted us and asked how they can be helpful in setting up. The place felt not just clean but fully SANITIZED from the second we walked in. It was bright, airy, and spacious. The party room was set up beautifully and our daughter had an incredible time with her friends. Each birthday party is assigned a member of the staff who helps with handing out the pizza and the cake. Oh, and the food was surprisingly great! We were so pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service and the attention to detail. We live about 10 minutes away and will definitely be coming back to this place. We love it here and more importantly our kids love it here!! We were so glad they reopened when they were able to safely. They put a lot of time and money into making sure everything was cleaner (it was already pretty damn clean) and even installed better HVAC. We hosted on party here literally the week before lockdowns started, our daughter had the best 3rd bday ever. They were so great in set up, the goodie bags, pizza, everything. Every kid and parent had such a good time. I can't remember our hosts name but she was great. The owners are always so friendly and great with the kids and interact with them. Even pre-pandemic they were cleaning and wiping things down nonstop and that hasn't stopped, they do a great job of keeping this place spotless. The activities for kids are endless and they really can do everything from ball pits, slides, jungle gyms, etc. The big white slide is so fast, but damn it's fun...don't judge. Everything is well padded so kids are pretty safe. The place is pretty big with a lot of activities our 2 and 4 year old love it but it could definitely be fun for kids probably up to 10. They have a punch card system you get a free visit after I think 10 paid visits. They are a bit pricey it's about $65 for 2 adults and 2 kids, but worth it because at least our kids get their moneys worth! read more

A perfect day The place was clean and safe, as usual. Had my daughter's birthday here last weekend. It was the smoothest, most stress-free party ever!! Samantha, our host, was amazing!! She kept me well informed and took care of everything. She even took pictures during the playtime and put some up in the party room while they ate. The kids loved seeing themselves on the screen! The pizza was good, the cake was delicious, and the party room was nicely decorated. The gift bags also had these cute animal balloon headbands. There were tables for the kids and seats around the outside for the adults. It was sooo nice to be able to enjoy a party for once instead of running around the whole time. Went there with three children on a weekday the online hours for the place on Friday is till 6 by 4:55 what I presume is the owner is announcing on the loud speaker for the children to come get a lollipop the place is closing. I paid $20 a child and $10 for myself and then was asked to leave over an hour earlier. Very disappointing especially for the children!! read more

We just had my son's third birthday party here. It was amazing! We walked in, and everyone was so helpful. The place was very clean, and even though there was another birthday party at the same time, it was not over crowded at all. All of the kids were happy, and there is something to do for everyone. Their facility is up-to-date, and every staff member was attentive. They even took pictures of all of the kids in the birthday party at random times, so that we had pictures of everyone that was invited. Everything is very well thought out with every detail covered. We all had a fantastic time and I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners are extremely thoughtful and regular people that honestly care about everyone that walks into the facility. Called because I was having problems with the online reservation.I told the guy "I was trying to make a reservation for 2:30pm" he quickly respond with an attitude then go online and make a reservation then hung up. When I think of Jungle Jim & Jane, the word PRIDE comes to mind. The owners, Michelle & Sam, have so much pride in their facility and it is obvious from the moment you step foot in it. It is so clean, so colorful, organized beautifully, and has something fun for everyone of any age. This isn't a typical "chain" facility... it's family-run business and the owners couldn't be more inviting and friendly. Last March we had a birthday party for my son right before the pandemic hit. Our family and friends who travelled from as far as NY said it was the best time ever. The birthday parties are meticulously planned, organized & run so the host can just enjoy themselves too. Very clean! The staff is continuously cleaning throughout the play areas. We were here for a bday party and it was well organized and the kids were happy. They even have massage chairs for the adults (bring $, they aren't free). The only thing I wasn't too thrilled with was how quickly we were made to vacate the party room as soon as the party was over. Went here for a birthday party and it was a small but very fun place. The place was very clean and the birthday party was well organized. The staff/party host did a great job and was very nice. My only issue was with the way the owner spoke over the loudspeaker. I understand there are rules, (no food on the floor, socks on, no kids over 2 in the toddler area, etc). But his tone of voice over was not appropriate for a place with little kids. It kind of turned me off from ever going back. I also witnessed him picking up someone's child because they left the play area and told the parent very rudely how he went outside and to watch her kid. I don't think he should have picked up the kid (no one should be touching anyone else's child without permission) and could have spoke to the parent in a nicer way. Again, I'm all for safety. But there are better ways to go about getting those rules across. read more

Excellent place for kids to have fun, BUT THE OWNERS ARE VERY NASTY. The guy there has a very rude way about him, he stated very nasty remarks under his breath that were caught on video! The wife Michelle had a smart mouth! Soon as we sang happy birthday the owner came into the room "you GOTTA GO, don't have to go home but you can't stay here"! Very rude thing to say with paying customers, he specifically chose to awkwardly point out a family member of mines, joking on him, and also saying things about his girlfriend he was with. I understand it's BYOB but the owner (guy) smelled like liquor when he talked! I'm disgusted with this place, this is suppose to be a place for our kids to feel welcomed & safe! We will never go back, and we'll make sure everyone understands who they are before people go and spend there hard earned money. The help there ( other workers) were extremely nice and very helpful.
