I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. I picked a Bella canvas slouchy scoop neck shirt, sent the art all last minute and So Phresh has said they can get the shirts and print them in less then 5 days. I have experienced unprofessional handling of another paid order, and only after repeated complaints was a refund issued. Most recently, I requested new work, only to be told that their equipment is out of order and that they had no idea when defective equipment would be repaired, if at all. I feel that this is their new excuse for their questionable work product due to my previous complaints. Additionally, I requested they return my professional artwork. As a long time customer and professional photographer since 1965, I can no longer recommend this company.
