$5 for three black and white documents. Looking for a new place where I can email a document and pick it up later. I don't use a printer often enough to keep one at home, don't want to monkey around with thumb drives. Called this place, confirmed they offer this. Guy on the phone seemed... reluctant. As though i was bothering him with my question asking if they do this, and if so, how. Okay. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, one of them helping the couple in front of me, no one else is in the store. The second guy working there makes no eye contact and does not ask if he can help. He's just... standing there. After several minutes pass, the people in front of me have been helped and leave, they guy who was helping them leaves the shop, and finally Mr. Second Guy asks what I want. This part was easy, that it seems easy for him to find my email and print my 3 page PDF. ... and charges me $5 for three pages. It was just a prescription for my cat, very little ink on the cheap white paper. This will not become the business I regularly use for my printing or any other needs at all. Terrible location, I would leave ZERO stars if possible. The man was extremely less than thrilled to help. I needed tape seal a pre paid shipping box. He told em I had to buy a whole roll of tape from him if I wanted needed tape. The location is old and dirty. I tried to support what appears to be a struggling business, but sadly they don't care about customers. Treating people with kindness is free, but it was obvious, that isn't their goal. Horrible service. As a small business owner I support other small businesses and will be honest if someone has bad practices. We drop off UPS packages regularly at multiple Postal-annexes in the valley. Postal annex earns a small fee per PacKage if it's a prelabeled item for Ups and fedex. This is the ONLY LOCATION that charges an extra dollar under the table. They started this last year. By the time I hauled 5 heavy boxes in you are stuck giving them the dollar. Or carry all your boxes to another location on principle. They charge you $1 to drop off packages. Then when you complain the owner threatens to call 911 on you. It's not right and it will keep me from going there for any other business services. They're trying to stop people from dropping packages there because it's "heavy" unless you buy the label and shipping from them. Parking is okay here but the spot is cluttered, the employees are not friendly and their business practices are appalling. read more

Horrible service. I went in for some printing, emailed the guy my 2 screenshots and asked to get one of each ... (they had addresses on them which were different that's why I said one of each) i got my papers everything was good till I was walking out I looked at them to make sure everything was good and I noticed he gave me two of the same ones. I went back and told him and he said he couldn't print the other address because there was a problem with the computer.. I said it's fine can I get a refund please he said ur gonna get 25 cents back and gave me this annoyed stare and I said it's okay and so he did. What bothered me was that he didn't even tell me the machine wasn't working right or that he couldn't print one of them instead he didn't say anything and just gave me two I guess hoping I wouldn't notice. His attitude was just not welcoming at all or anything. They also have a fee of $3.50 per 10 minutes because "they have to look for your email" which only took him about a minute and I thought was ridiculous but anyways yup, never coming back to this postal annex! Don't waste your time or money here! I paid $5 for two copies that weren't even exactly what I asked for! read more

The return instructions on amazon say I don't need to print a label. It states that this is a service a place like this can provide. That is not true for this business. The person behind the counter was rude and said take it to the UPS store I need a label. Just an FYI for anyone else with a similar situation. What a waste of my time :( read more

Charged me $13.95 for a pack of stamp that costs $9.80 elsewhere, and $1 for a UPS Amazon return DROP OFF that I had all the labels for already. I think they just switched owners because the previous owner/manager were a much better person. read more

Extremely helpful and friendly. Completed my office tasks expeditiously. In and out quickly.

Friendly service and anything you may possibly need to send out either by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are able to buy postage, boxes, weigh your items and get a printed confirmation of what you send out. This particular office has notary public service just call ahead. Walked in to ship 3 boxes. One box needed a small amount of tape and I was laughed at and told I needed to buy an entire roll of packing tape and that I couldn't use any they had behind the counter. We also were told they do not carry shipping bags. I was basically laughed at for asking to use a piece of tape. I'll make the trip to La Quinta. read more

I called earlier to see if they offered "fingerprinting" and the young man was very nice and advised that they did and that the woman who did it was going to be there today until 6pm. I showed up around 2pm and the woman was very nice, helped me promptly and was cheerful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone based on this experience. read more

I have been going to this PostalAnnex on and off for about five years. I have read about negative reviews on other local PostalAnnex. Even though I live closer to other location, I will play it safe and stick with this one. I have never had any negative experiences. On the contrary, I have gone into this store with a little bit of an attitude, but the counter person was very professional and assisted me.
