I had previously had gel nails, and I did not like them from a previous store and they took them off and redid them for me with acrylics. Jenny did a fantastic job with not only the shape, but also the design. Ivy was fantastic. Her personality is fun and bubbly, and I love coming here. Absolute ripoff. Got charged $65 for a gel FILL and when I had asked why it was $25 more they explained that it was because I wanted an almond shape and they had to "fix" one of my nails. 1. This is barely an almond shape and most places do NOT charge extra 2. My nail he tried to "fix" is still slanted (middle finger) I've gone to places where I paid $40 before tip and received a MUCH better result AND had the shape I wanted. Second time coming here and just as bad of an experience. First was told my nails were $60 and pedicure $40, which is okay, then after swiping and being charged, was told the nails were actually $90. Asked why they wouldn't say that to begin with and she just said well she just told me. There's signing that says long nails and design ask for price, but the design was simple and the nails were short so don't understand how we got to $90. I'm not one to argue so I just paid it. $40 pedicure for no massage or scrub; my feet are actually worse now then before. Definitely will not be back there and don't recommend anyone goes there either. read more

Got a mani/pedi done. My pedi was decent, the massage could've been a bit longer. My mani was also okay. The lady V did my nails. The shape is beautiful and the actual paint is very nice but the design isn't quite what I was looking for. The color I showed the man before I sat down and the color he picked out are very obviously two different colors also which is a bit disappointing. Overall I would come here to get just basic nails done without any design especially because the price is not outrageous. I also wouldn't show them a design and expect a copy. paid $50 for a full set of gel nails plus a design on each ring finger. $25 for the pedicure. read more

They don't do actual dip powder. They give you acrylic and say it's dip. My nails look nice. But if you don't have a service don't say you do for the money. Absolutely trash. I even said when the man was doing my nails to stop because I didn't want acrylic and he said it was dip. I'm absolutely furious. read more

I paid $5 to have my nails ruined. Tried to get a gel manicure but since it took so long I only got my old gels removed. After sitting for 15 minutes with acetone on my nails the tech FINALLY started removing the polish, but instead of gently scraping with a tool she used an abrasive rotary machine. It caused permanent ridges and extensive damage to my nails. I write this post to warn folks, because I'm so upset. If you go here, dont let them use this God awful contraption on your nails!! I went in today as a walk in customer. I am not from this area so I checked the reviews and they seemed decent. I was greeted when I walked in and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted a manicure. The man asked if I wanted gel or dip and I said I would like to try the dip. I chose my color as they had a nice selection of dips. I was seated and another man took my polish off however he seemed more concerned with his two yellow painted nails than anything else. He started to get the dremel ready and I said no hand sanding only please.... he stopped what he was doing and walked away! 10-15 minutes later another guy comes and literally hand sands my nail bed, pushed back my cuticles, filed my nails, and dipped my nails. He put some cuticle oil on and told me to wash my hands. When I came back he was at the register waiting for me to pay! I was stunned that cost 35.00!!! Where I come from a manicure comes with a lot more nail care, a massage, AND a cocktail! Pretty disappointed! My nail color looks good and that's a plus! read more

Yelp said I was over the text limit so this is the rest of my review. And while I was at work I started trying to reshape them myself because they were so bad and I couldn't handle looking at them. So the picture wouldn't have been true to the issue. Hence forth why I didn't want one taken, he took one anyway. I refused to allow them to take the photo but he said no photo he's not fixing them. Now the cop has arrived. The owner tells him his side. The owner tells the cop that he didn't feel comfortable giving me back the money because my boyfriend paid for it. I said why didn't he say that yesterday. The nail tech asked me how to fix them. I said take off the top coat and reshape them, I showed him the crooked ones. He examined them for about 5 minutes and started to fix them. He started to just file them and I said no I want them done correctly. And he took the electric nail file and started to remove the top coat and reshape them correctly. The cop took all my information, and stated he will be writing a report on what was said because he's not waiting for me to get my nails done. I laughed and said ok. The tech asked me if the shape was fine and I said yes. There is a bubble in the pointer finger but I'll let it go. I just wanted to get out already. He finished my nails and I asked him if he could air drop or send me the photo after I clearly stated I didn't want him to take. Three employees decide to get involved. The youngest one stated getting in my boyfriend face and yelling at him, she called me a b**** and acting like she was going to fight me, they had to hold her back, so I told them to call the cops again. She then called the cops and I said can you show me that you either deleted the photo or send it to me. And they wouldn't do it. The nail tech that fixed my nails said what am i going to do with your picture look at it every night before I go to bed. I said your being really ridiculous right now. The cops arrived and stated that they can't force them to delete it so I was forced to leave. I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I can not believe they treat their customers like this. I will never again give them business or recommend them to anyone. Not only did they incorrectly do my nails and then not want to fix them, they gave me such a hard time and called me out of my name. Unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. My new nail place! It looks newly renovated, CLEAN and very spacious. They also have a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. Love the atmosphere and the awesome family that run the place. They are very friendly and do their best to accommodate you, especially since I'm very undecisive at times with choosing nail colors. This nail salon needs to be reported. They don't follow there prices as advertised in there salon on there menu. And also advertise if you pay cash you get a discount. There always overcharging there customers. And are rude speaking in there language and discussing things in front of there customers. They overcharge and charge extra for gel polish that should be included in the cost of refills. As it is in everyother salon. There gel refills states $30.00 they charge anywhere from $35-$40.00 for a refill depending on gel polish. RIDICULOUS! They charge extra for the length of your nails for the cost of polish never heard of such a thing. I recently had a full set of acrylics menu cost stated $27.00 they asked how long I wanted the length I explain a little more than a active length which is not long at all, Never once did I think I was going to get charge for the length nor did they explain there was a additional cost. Upon check out I questioned why the cost was $40.00 I was then told there was a charge for the polish and length was extra thats RIDICULOUS! There are to many salons in the area to be paying those prices and be treated so unfairly. I would not recommend anyone going to this salon. read more

Nice, clean spot. They took me right away and had a decent amount of colors to chose from as long as you like OPI. For a $25 pedicure I'd def go back, just make sure you have enough time - mine took almost an hour including drying time. I'll also def refer local friends. read more

I got my nails done here yesterday and they color looks great but the only thing they got right was the color and that I wanted acrylics, I said square tops and they gave me coffin tips and I told them large and they gave me small tips, other then this the workers are very nice and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. read more
