This beats the waiting area at the Wappinger Falls Mercedes Benz dealership (an establishment I detest), believe it or not. Phone service is now very responsive and cheerful. Now, I'm not saying C&J's was no good (they actually gave me a ride home when a quick fix turned out to be a much bigger deal and didn't want me to waste my time sitting in the waiting room). Still, the new owners seem to be highly motivated to make this a repair shop you don't mind going to, offering numerous amenities as previously noted. I think these guys will get all my business now.
