Calls were always answered or returned and Donna kept me up to date with the progress. Gerry accepted my insurance claim amount as full payment without me having to pay my deductible. The repair and paint job was excellent - couldn't tell there had been an accident. Even a small dent that had nothing to do with the accident was repaired at no additional charge. When I picked up my car, I was surprised that it was even washed inside and out! I hope to never again get into an accident, but if I do I'll definitely go to Finesse for repair.
