I have not been to a cell phone repair shop before but felt comfortable right away. While in there several repeat customers came in to get their phone repaired! When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked! I walked out of there within 35 minutes with a new phone, all data moved over and an accessory for just over $300! I highly recommend!!

Soon after the phone stopped working and the screen began flashing a green light and my trade in denied and I was sent back the phone. I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

When I picked up my watch, the battery was drained and yoke 3 hours to charge and the battery went dead in less than 6 hours. It would not hold charge. They must have swapped my good battery out with a junk battery to scam for more money to repair. I brought my watch beck to the kiosk in Grapevine Mills and they told me they send my watch to this place for repair so I drove all the way to Denton to confront them. The Indian guy immediately said it was an old watch so the battery can die any minute. I told him my battery was working fine and hold charge for more than 26 hours each day until the watch was returned from repair. Lithium batteries don't drop their charge capacity from 26 hours to 6 hours in one day. They degrade gradually no more than dropping an hour each day. They don't drop the charge capacity from 26 hours to 6 hours and stay at 6 hours capacity thereafter. The guy kept denying it and said the battery can die any minute so certain without doubt and without even looking at it that he knew what he was up to in the scam trying to scam for more repair money by swapping out a good battery. He is bull shitting without blinking his eyes. The other girl next to hi. Was pacing around knowing what their scam is without saying anything. So be warned. These are crooks. They scam money for a living. I would not bring my Apple Watch to repair in this place but I had no idea it was sent to this place from the other Cellaris kiosk at Gtapevine Mills Mall. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. Anywho I was debating getting a new phone but that's a huge investment. I figured I'll take it by these guys place and see if they can help me or go on to Best Buy for a new one. They determined I needed a new screen. My investment was $150 plus tax. And the best part is it was ready in about an hour. The two guys working today 7.8.16 were extremely friendly and helpful.
