Terrible customer service!! Do NOT go here! I got my IPad repaired and less than a week later the entire screen was cracked and NOT from being dropped. They had told me to call them if I had any problems with it so I did and basically told me sorry about your luck...we can fix it if you want to pay another $150. Much list the other reviews. I had a cracked front screen. Once they replaced the screen the "new" screen would randomly flicker on and off. Just very weird stuff. I would be guessing but I can only imagine the problems are the cheap replacement parts they use, or poor workmanship on iRepair's partThe owner (or whomever I spoke to) basically said they wouldn't do anything about it because they couldn't be sure I hadn't just dropped it again to cause the issue. It had been (maybe) a week before I took phone back in? So I guess they offer 0 warranty to backup their parts and/or labor? I cracked the front screen of my Iphone 4. My father in law had been to the store previously to fix a crack in the posterior side of the screen. I had cracked it previously about a year ago and had it fixed in NY without any problems. For those of you who don't know, fixing the front screen is actually a harder job than it appears. In order to get to the front screen, you must go through the back of the phone, removing most contents and basically then putting the whole phone back together. I brought my phone to iRepair Indy and after getting it back it appeared as though they had fixed it. However, the next day I noticed 2 problems; the first was the the coloring of the phone was different. The colors were not as bright, and there was a huge glare. I read a lot on my phone with the kindle app, so the color change is a problem. Secondly, the screen was not responsive half the time. I brought the phone back and told them. They said that the responsiveness could have been due to a faulty screen, but the coloring was going to be the same regardless (due to the screens they bought from no name brand in China). At this point I asked for a refund because the job could not be done to my satisfaction. I could easily go somewhere else where they didn't buy their replacement screens from a no name brand in china where the coloring was off. We argued back and forth about who was going to pay for the faulty screen that they were loosing money on. I offered for them to either replace the screen with my old broken screen, leave the screen out entirely, or leave the faulty screen in and I would send it back directly to the manufacturer to get the reimbursement. None of those options were satisfactory to the OWNER. UNPROFESSIONAL! They did however, offer to replace the screen with another screen to see if there was any change. After the replacement the coloring was still off but the phone was now responsive. I have been waiting for the iPhone 6 to come out till I got a replacement, I figured I could live with a bad colored screen for at most a year. That night my phone completely stopped working. All I had was a black screen. When I plugged it into the computer all I had was an iPhone in the recovery mode. I took my phone to Apple. They told me that my phone was now irreversibly damaged and could not be fixed. No data from the phone could be recovered. Thank you iPhone indy. Not only did they not properly repair the screen of my phone, but they completely IRREVERSIBLY damaged the internal components of the phone. In addition, the OWNER was unprofessional. iRepair Indy helped rectify my phone issues today and went above and beyond what they needed to to make me a happy customer. I had taken my phone in for a glass replacement on Friday and when I left, realized that my camera wasn t working. I took it back in and after some research and trying to fix the issue, they realized that it wasn t going to happen, but decided to replace my phone completely. They went ahead and backed up my phone themselves to the Cloud, and then advised me on what to do from there on setting up my new phone/activating it through my provider. Great experience here. I attempted to replace a screen on my iphone 5 and and in the process the video stopped working. I tinkered with it for a little while before deciding to take it to a professional. After handing the phone over and explaining everything that happened the guy went into the back and 5 minutes or less later he walked back out and said I had a bad screen and I could either take the phone back and give it another go or just have him do the replacement. Not wanting to wait anymore ordering another screen I just asked him to install a new screen. I thought it was pretty amazing he did the troubleshooting for free and was so helpful so I was glad to have him do it. He said he'd be about 20 minutes if I wanted to wait around, but I had to get back to work so I just paid and set up a time to pick it up. He called me a little later to let me know everything was working and I could come in anytime. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will be recommending iRepair to anyone looking to get their phone fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. read more

One of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever had with a "company". I had my front glass replaced and after I picked it up I noticed there was no service. I called off my friends phone and the guys says "who are you", told him and he acted like I was nuts. He said "is your screen fixed" I said "yes" and he said "we'll my job is done." I couldn't believe it! I said I can't use my phone it was perfect working when it came in. He said you bought a screen replacement the screen is replaced I don't get what the hell you want! Turns out they broke a piece of the board on the inside and it killed my service. I took it to a repair guy in Shelby and he showed me just how it was broken. Basically I paid for them to kill my phone and the "owner" doesn't even care. It's obvious the experience people are having with this place. The owner is on here calling the other reviewers "liars" I mean this company needs to be shut down or someone needs to investigate just what kind of business this is. I stopped in here before traveling all the way to the Apple store to see if my phone could be fixed. Good thing I came here first! They explained to me why Apple would have required to purchase me a whole new phone (due to warranty issues). They were able to fix my phone in 1/2 hour for under $50! They were very nice and seemed to be fair. He took time to explain to me exactly what fixing my phone would entail. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends. My roommate has also gone here a couple times for a cracked screen and has had successful experiences both times. read more

I recently dropped my phone and the screen shattered so instead of paying full price for a band new iPhone I decided to go to iRepair and have them fix it. I received the iPhone back in a little under 45 minutes which was pretty fast so I was obviously very impressed. Well, when I got home I noticed my camera wasn't working so I called them up and they said to bring it in tomorrow since they close at 6, okay no biggie. I went in the next day, they looked at it for about 30min (I went to the mall during this time so it could've been longer I'm not sure) and when I got back the owner informed me that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that my camera was functional before he fixed it and he still wouldn't give me my money back. He said the only thing he could do was take off the new screen/glass that he just put on there and leave me with a phone with no screen/glass. I was furious! This was the owner I was talking to, well another employee came around from the back and stood next to him when the owner pointed out to me that my iPhone's frame was bent and that when they took apart the iPhone the motherboard was probably bent so that caused the issue. I asked him why he was just now noticing that my iPhone's frame was bent and how could it possibly be bent from dropping it out of my car? He said the iPhone frames are very hard to bend so he went into the back to grab an iPhone that was already taken apart to demonstrate, well I started talking to the other employee about how unhappy I was and he started to walk away as I was talking to him and I said you've got a customer here who's very unhappy about the service and you're just going to walk away? and he says "I don't care, I'm not the owner." The owner came back and proceeded to show my boyfriend and I how hard it was to bend an iPhone frame like almost impossible (because I acused him of accidentally bending it while fixing my phone) so he's bending it, bending it and bam just like that it bent! My boyfriend then asked him if the owner's been doing it for 3 years why he didn't notice the frame was bent when I first took it in there to get the screen fixed. The owner said "I don't know what to say." After all of that, the owner told us both "I tell you what, when you go and buy a new iPhone bring the broken one here and we'll buy it off of you for $150 becuase we really need the parts." They need the parts...so what you're saying is... you broke my phone on purpose for the parts. People please don't bring your devices here! They're very unprofessional, rude and they obviously don't care about you or your device. I paid $85 to get my iPhone's shattered screen fixed, ended up with a broken camera and a bent phone (literally) and he's offering us $150 for my broken phone which pretty much leaves us with a refund of $65 (technically). You think I'd actually sell my device to these people?
