My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!

All asking for "diagnostic fees" and have various upsells and fees depending if it had this or that, iRescue was the first spot they seemed so casual.. over the phone he asked for us to just swing by and within 15min he'll know if he can fix it or not. No sales tactics and nothing merely than just a conversation. He told me the price for a screen replacement since he believed (phone unseen at this point) that would most likely be the issue. We ended up waiting a day, then going with iRescue. They ended up replacing the screen and calling us that it's ready for pickup. Although it's not an OEM screen, this merely buys us time until the "latest and greatest" phone is released.
