I am writing to express my outrage regarding the service provided by AceComm. My internet service…read morewas working perfectly fine before your team came out to upgrade a line. Instead of improving my setup, they cut my working line and clogged the existing conduit so badly that a completely new line now has to be trenched in. As a result, I was left without internet service, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since I run my business from home, and reliable internet is vital to my operations. Not only did AceComm cause this issue, but your team walked away without providing any solutions, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I have to coordinate with my HOA, Landscaping and permits from the city to trench the new line. I have since been informed that resolving this issue could take up to 30 days through Cox, 30 days without internet access caused by AceComm's negligence. To make matters worse, AceComm has offered zero assistance in fixing the problem they created. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is absolutely unprofessional. I am in real estate and keep a vendor list so I will let all my colleges know the complete mess I've been left with due to AceComm!

My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. Had my computer back in 24 hours, pricing felt fair for everything he did, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense instead of just throwing jargon at me. Shaun's professional, honest, and just a genuinely good guy to deal with. I'm already planning on bringing my laptop in next. Some of the cameras are at 12 FPS, and I cannot adjust to a faster speed. Suggestion: Go to Best Buy and tell them what you are looking for. Another option is to go online. This is three years in the making. I tried. This business is the bottom of the barrel. I would rather give a 0 rating. The owner, Ronny, knew I was not satisfied, but he did nothing unless I forked over another $89. Whatever he says in response to this review, I'm not buying. I'm a senior. This guy duped me. He was finally able to get it out of the death loop it was in, again to no avail. He took my system back to the shop and discovered it was a bad drive. Pete sold me a system with new hard drive, complete with Windows 11 Pro and all my recovered data and the price was incredible and he was really fast. If I ever need a tech again, ABCD is my call.
