I had the pleasure of working w/Carson today while he helped me build a brand new jewelry shop/website. I admit I am not very tech savvy so it was great having Carson show me step by step what he was doing and he was extremely patient. The pricing was spot on as I would have literally paid double just to not have to do all of the work myself especially after seeing all of the steps he had to create. Carson was right on time, very professional, and even asked to help me with other facets I was perplexed about, but I felt bad because he had already done so much. Carson came to my house the day I reached out, was super polite and friendly. He worked on my laptop for a good while and while we couldn't diagnose the overheating issue he did recommend I try a cooling pad first before he came back for hardware repairs, which I really appreciate him not pushing for fixes not guaranteed. We needed help replacing a burnt 6-PIN Molex power connector on an ASIC hashboard, and Carson was responsive and eager to help. He scheduled us right away and came over promptly. His solder wasn't powerful enough for the job, so he took the hashboard back to his workshop, fixed it, and brought it back same day. Amazing service, and very reasonably priced.
