Stop. Turn back. Don't go here. If you have an iPhone, go to Apple instead; Apple is cheaper, faster, and uses real components. This isn't hyperbole. I brought an iPhone 7 to iRepair to fix a broken screen. It took 90 minutes, cost $166, and ultimately left me with a worthless screen. Apple replaces screens in 60 minutes for $129, and their's actually work. The kiosk attendants will tell you that they use OEM screens (real Apple ones). They don't. THIS IS, BY DEFINITION, FRAUD. After an absurd obstacle course I had to maneuver, the regional manager apologized and said that she would retrain the staff to only claim to use OEM-quality screens. They aren't OEM-quality either, or else I wouldn't have noticed, and I wouldn't be writing this. I quickly checked the touchscreen when picking up the phone, and it seemed fine. It didn't fit perfectly, but I (wrongly) assumed that I had saved money by avoiding the Apple store, so I was ambivalent. Then it happened, the screen warmed up, which will happen when you are watching a video. The screen registered random touches everywhere, rendering the phone unusable until it cooled back down. This doesn't happen with OEM screens. I also noticed that pressing hard on the screen (something you need to do to use the phone's haptic touch functionality), the liquid crystals were smushed as if I were tapping on a computer monitor. This shouldn't happen. When I called the phone number listed on my receipt for warranty appointments, I found out that they gave me the number to a local Pizza Hut. THIS IS SOMETHING CALLED "UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES." It's an admittedly silly sounding name for A CRIME THEY ARE COMMITTING. After an argument with the kiosk attendant, he finally agreed to replace the sh**ty screen with my original broken screen so that I could go to Apple to have a real screen put on. All the while, he maintained that iRepair uses OEM screens and that I didn't know about iPhone screens. They don't, I do, and while this routine might work on most people just looking to fix a cracked screen, it didn't work on me. My journey didn't end there. The guy would only refund $139.09, claiming that the $25 dollar service fee couldn't be refunded. After I protested, he gave me the number for his manager. Again, I had been given a wrong number, and I ended up interrupting a random woman's day. Finally, he gave me the regional manager's number. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, I was allowed to leave a message. Luckily, the manager actually called me back. To her credit, after I had informed her about her company committing fraud and using unfair business practices, she both was apologetic and refunded the other $25+tax. Why did I take my time to write this? I refer you to paragraphs 2 and 3. I honestly feel a moral imperative to warn potential customers. Why don't I report iRepair to the state? I don't have THAT much time, and I'm hoping the company take this opportunity to fix what they're doing wrong once they see this post. read more

After entering the relatively desolate Monroeville Mall, and finding the iRepair kiosk in an unusually dark area of the mall, I was NOT surprised there were no customers waiting, but instead, only a lonely employee, who was texting on his phone. I asked the cost to replace the screen only on a iPhone 6s, and was told $165. YIKES! Now I see why they don't post their prices, and why there are no other reviews. I can't imagine anyone would use them when there are far better prices, albeit not cheap at any place, to be had. read more

Very poor quality repair. Screen was a cheap knock-off that was not even close to OEM quality. The new screen was literally stuck to the phone with tape, did not fit properly, and the buttons needed to be pressed very hard to work. I would rate 0 stars if possible. read more

This place is the WORST. Do yourself a favor and recycle your phone before even considering coming here for a repair. My brother went in to fix his phone that only had a broken screen - EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORKING. They fixed his screen he brought a new case to protect it and the next day it wasn't working. He went back in the next day to confront them and it turned out they damaged the motherboard on his phone in the process of their "repair". They are useless they wouldn't give him a full refund or even fix they damage they did. DO NOT COME HERE save yourself the stress and the money. read more

The white plastic case on my iPhone 5S developed a long crack on the left edge of the screen. I assumed it needed a new glass front. Checked out posted price for the repair at the Apple Store. I stopped at another phone repair place in Monroeville, handed them the phone and was quoted a price to replace the glass. Stopped at iRepair, handed Ryan H. my phone and he immediately said I also needed a new battery because my was swollen. The swollen battery had cracked the case. I returned the next day and had Ryan replace the battery and glass while we shopped. My phone is good as new! Considerably less expensive than the Apple Store. read more

I replaced the screen on my iPhone at one of this company's stand in Park City Mall in Lancaster. They give me a receipt without the company's name or address listed on it. The screen started acting after I left their stand and the color is not the same. I want to Apple's shop in the sameMall a couple of weeks later to replace my battery. Apple informed me that the screen this company put on my phone is a counterfeit screen of bad quality and it will crack when they open my phone to replace the battery. I went back to the iRrpair stand and demanded my money back and the old screen. They refused to do so. They also refused to provide their address so I can file a complaint against them in Court. I contacted the Mall Management and obtained their address and I am in the process to file a complaint against them. Be careful with these people! read more
