The guys at ifixnmore are fantastic. They are in this to satisfy the customer, not just to make a profit. Hear me out through my whole story, and you'll see what exemplary customer service is! I think any business has the ability to provide good service, however, I think that true quality is when a business shows how well they treat unhappy customers and address problems or issues. While many things through this review were NOT their fault at all, I think they way the guys handled everything was just so above and beyond. I also believe that this is a very arbitrary business line to be in, as technology is always changing, and I think many part orders and variations are out of the control of those doing the repairs. So, here goes... When I called to get a quote on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge screen that had been shattered, Brandon ordered me a new screen that day, because, he informed me, they don't stock many parts like that in their store in order to keep the costs down for customers in case the parts get cheaper, which I'm sure they do. They ordered me a new screen, I stopped in to have Shawn install it for me. Well, poor Shawn had a mishap while installing my screen, and accidentally broke the back cover. (I watched youtube tutorials on how to remove it, and, there is no easy way. I'm surprised he actually removed it in the first place!) Well Shawn felt bad about having cracked glass on my screen, he nearly drove me to Verizon himself to buy me a case for it, he felt so bad. Shawn ordered me a new back, and also ordered me ANOTHER front LCD display, since the one that he had put on was defective (an issue from the supplier, NOT ifixnmore.) I could tell that Shawn and Brandon felt TERRIBLE about this, Shawn dropped what he was doing the day I came in for my final screen and back replacement, and he completed my repair within 40 mins. The S6 Edge is difficult, and Shawn is the only one in the store who has "mastered" the repair, which he did flawlessly, I might add. He also insisted on ordering me a warrantied, tempered glass screen protector. He refused to let me pay for it, and had it shipped directly to my house. The guys also guarantee their parts, regardless of the supplier. They also accidentally quoted me a lower price for the LCD screen over the phone originally, but then insisted on still keeping the original quote after they realized the mess-up, even if it meant they broke even on the part and made nothing on the repair. They cared enough about keeping their word, and truly tried to find me the most economical, quality supplier in order to keep costs down. Go see these guys, you will NOT regret it! read more

Technician was able to replace the battery and attach a new display to the backing giving new life to my 5-year old iPhone X in less than an hour. read more

I took my iPhone in because I couldn't keep the charger connected to the phone; it always seemed to drop out. The owner took a quick look; cleared the charger port out and fixed it in 30 seconds. Complete waste of an entire week. I'm unsure if it is absolute incompetence, a lack of customer service, or simply not giving a shit. My replacement screen was supposed to have been ordered on the 11th and arrive on the 12 or 13th. By the 14th still, haven't had my phone repaired. Today the 17th, I was told it had arrived on Sat the 15th, but the employee could not find it, then the story changed that it was on backorder. B/c I order many parts and supplies in my field, it's known that if an item is on back-order, companies let you know before you order it; so I call bs on that. You are not the only store around that do this type of work, and in the future, I will make it a point to tell everyone to stay clear of your place, and not to waste their time. Brought my phone here to get fixed and terrible service. The area where they fix the phones is a total mess, junk everywhere. Had to bring in my phone 3 times because they broke the Face ID, I couldn't use my phone without having it glitch, and they didn't waterproof seal it. Terrible service, terrible establishment. I have heard really great reviews about CPR Cell Phone Repair Monroeville after having an experience where I had to take my broken phone in to "UBreakIfIX" that wouldn't show anything on my screen after my phone broke due to dropping it and that place wouldn't help at all or even bother to look at my phone closely with guessing what the problem was with just assuming it was the motherboard in my phone with not bothering to look deeply into my phone or show any evidence it was because the fact my phone still turned on but couldn't see the display, I knew it was the screen and somewhat the battery. In other words, UBreakIfIx couldn't fix my phone at all and just gave up but this place called CPR Cell Phone Repair in Monroeville was the best at fixing the problem and my phone works great now. The price for a new screen and a new battery was reasonable and not overly priced. Shawn the owner was really nice and one of the workers there named: "Adam" was very helpful, friendly, and explained the problem in detail with looking at the phone thoroughly not just guessing like that other place did. My only small issue is I had to keep following up on what was going on with my phone part they ordered because it did take over a week to get my phone fixed and for the part to come in otherwise this will be 5 stars but it wasn't their fault at all. That is not a big deal either because It was more of a shipping problem where the battery that shipped for my phone was swollen and they had to go through the hassle with the shipping company dealing with the battery part coming to their store in order for my phone to be fixed. I would say that was my only small issue I had with them not having the proper parts in stock right away but all that matters was they fixed my phone with doing a great job and I didn't lose any data in my phone at all. I could have thought for sure after my phone dropped pretty hard on the concrete that this phone will be toast and that there was no way I would ever have this phone working again because I thought the motherboard would have been damaged where I would no longer be able to recover my data in my phone at all since not everything like my pictures, videos, contacts, etc. were backed up automatically to my cloud but they figured out the problem and my phone is like new with nothing getting lost in terms of my data. I highly recommend this place to fix complex issues with a phone and if you are a common phone dropper as long as you don't run it over or something where it totally damages the motherboard, this is the best place that will not give you the runaround or give up in fixing something! Thank you so much Adam or the tech whoever repaired my phone that had not only a cracked screen but some other major damage to the battery and moving components out of place! This place knows a lot about cell phones on problems. Hopefully I won't have to go back there to that place to get my phone fixed again but if I do, I know of that one! In the mean time, at least I have a screen protector and case for my phone with just avoiding drops which is my lesson I learned including backing up all my data from my Cloud. read more

My laptop -- with deadline work -- wouldn't boot up after a flight. Horrible service, I will never go back. The manager was too busy helping everyone but me. I brought my phone back because it wouldn't recognize my touch and the screen broke after only a week it was replaced. My phone was taking apart by a professional company not this one, he stated ifixnmore's tech scored my glass using a longer screw then he was suppose to on my phone , which is why it broke so easily. They tried to cover it up and say I am the one who broke my screen, but I never dropped it or bumped it into anything. Their warranty is as good as toilet paper and this place is a scam.
