Everything is made fresh daily in their kitchen in back. I come here a few times a month, usually for baguettes and whatever else catches my eye! Their chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat if you want to be technical) are so buttery and flaky, just what I'm looking for. My brother usually orders the almond croissant and devours it almost instantly. I do try to call in advance for the baguettes because they're such a hot commodity! Usually she sells out super early in the day and has another batch baking to be ready by mid afternoon. Sometimes I stop in and let her know how many i would like to reserve, and sometimes I'll call ahead. I love that she always makes sure to put them aside so I know they'll be there when I arrive!

At 5 bucks , and the rating this has on Yelp , I expected the croissant at the minimum to be good tasting . Sadly, this was easily one of the worst croissants I've ever had . The almond croissant was very hard to pull apart , not very flaky if at all and the taste was blandish and just not up to even the mid tier standards . If I compared this to any other almond croissant I've had in other bakeries especially those that are French inspired , this would be a complete joke . This is sorta the level you'd find in a Costco multipack .Also, if you're coming here for coffee , the options are very limited to drip and maybe one or two flavor lattes so it's pretty much exclusively a makeshift bakery. The baker who I presume was the owner as well was exceptionally kind and welcoming so something in me wants me to try give it another go with possibly another option.

I like their chocolate soft serve, esp with strawberry topping. (We used to get DQ in PA during road trips- more toppings and more food specials than here though.) I am writing to report a poor customer service experience at this location on Monday, January 5th…read moreat around 9:00 PM. Despite the store being advertised as open until 10:00 PM, I was told that Blizzards were no longer available because the machines had already been cleaned. This was frustrating, as Blizzards are a core menu item, and there was no indication that they would stop being served an hour before closing. More concerning, however, was the attitude of the staff on duty. The explanation was delivered in a condescending and unwelcoming manner, which made it feel as though customers arriving during the final hour were an inconvenience rather than being served respectfully. I believe this reflects poorly on the store's customer service standards. If certain items are unavailable before closing, this should be clearly communicated to customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of the employees working that shift. EDIT: They served someone a blizzard 12 minutes before closing after denying us an HOUR before closing.
