Before, they had shallow bowls and smaller portions but they upgraded to a deeper/bigger bowl and bigger portion sizes. The only difference is it doesn't come with the free sweet potato chips anymore, but you can still get the chips for extra. But hey, I would definitely take bigger portions over a side chips any day. It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. Food is great and feels very healthy compared to some other fast casual options.

The interior dining space is always warm and inviting. Always a fan of the high ceilings and the artwork. This location doesn't have a drive thru. I wish they did! I would probably come a lot more often when I have my dog with me. Gusto also has the best sweet potato chips. I love both options- BBQ and regular. They need to sell those in a big bag. If they were cheaper, I would buy a ton of extra to take home. Yes, it's that good. Definitely a spot to check out if you enjoy fresh & tasty clean eats!

I'm so glad that my wife and I ordered the big 14 inch versions, so that we could enjoy the leftovers. And reheated in an air fryer it was a tasty Deja Vu. Our pies were the Buford Drive and the Meatarian. Service was also attentive and we never lacked for drink refills. They checked in on us to ensure that everything was good and any needs met. The stone floors and wood accents make for a stylish experience that was still casual. Seating included booths and long family/group tables.

I was not as impressed with the brussel sprouts. They were larger than others I have eaten, and appreciated that. The underwhelming part was the small amount of sauce that covered them. An adequate amount to cover the dish's contents would have garnished an additional star. With a large part, it would have been conducive to assign multiple servers. Our server was nice, but appeared to be overwhelmed at times. She was sweet and did check on our group multiple times. My selection of Spaghetti Bosco was a solid one. The hand made spaghetti truly had a 'garden' feel with ample mushrooms, spinach, basil and sun dried tomatoes amongst other delicious ingredients. The roasted chicken was prominent and had good flavor. The delicious wedge of bread that came with my meal was not necessary, but highly appreciated! My co-workers gluten free meat filled pizza smelled amazing and was large enough to share and have leftovers. She had selected the restaurant for our dinner and frequented often. Our group sat at several connected tables near the kitchen area. The entrance had a sports bar feel with hi-boy tables and televisions featuring various games. Security was present and provided assurance that customer safety is paramount. The parking lot was well lit and offered adequate spaces in front and the rear of Parma and surrounding businesses. Various size groups and what appeared to be some regulars were peppered throughout the establishment. Would definitely return to sample the build your own pizza the next time I'm in the area.

There's also a balcony for al fresco dining. Cute, cozy brick interior. As for the food....YUM, YUM, YUM. We had the smash burgers. Believe me when I say the Celine Dijon was outstanding!!! Sounds strange but the crispy friend cheese was unique and with bacon jam.....Home run. Would come back just for that. Mr. Egon was good, but didn't compare to Celine. Handcut fries were plentiful but thought were overly seasoned. Dipping sauce was .75 extra. We shared the generous slice of whipped peanut butter pie, drizzled with fudge. Would have preferred whipped cream. My preference. Drinks were not strong. Orders were served with that sweet southern hospitality. Highly recommend reservations for weekend. Public parking provided in back can easily fill up on weekends.

Quality food, good beer selection. Nice seating, pretty private at table. We enjoyed the place/atmosphere more than the food, though the food was a good quality. Nothing grabbed us about this place. I feel bad saying it, service was great, too. Try it, you might enjoy it.

Service is wonderful, except for the grouchy guy who stomped past our table muttering "oh YOU'RE the ones whose omelet I screwed up." That was all he said, and yes, the omelet wasn't made according to the menu's description, which wasn't a huge deal - it just meant waiting while the rest of the table finished their mediocre breakfasts. The ambiance is nice, and again, the servers are all very friendly; however, the food has just never been remarkable or worth returning for. p.s. parking is easy to get in and out of. the bathrooms were squeaky clean. prices are reasonable.

The GOOD: Boy oh boy, my wedge salad was incredible! Super yummy! The dressing (blue cheese) seemed like it was homemade... And that was a good thing! Like I've never had blue cheese that tasted so good! The lettuce was fresh! Lots of blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and onions!!! It was everything that a wedge salad should be!!!! Also the restaurant wasn't busy at all and when I arrived, the hostess was very polite and grabbed my carryout order quickly! The BAD: The steak addition! My steak was so extremely chewy... And full of fat! Like I had to end up tossing it because I couldn't cut it, not even with a steak knife! I really wanted some protein on my wedge salad and was really looking forward to the added steak! (There goes that $7 bucks! ) Unfortunately I have to deduct for this on my rating, otherwise this was a pretty good experience! I may give it another chance.... Hopefully this was a one time snafu! That wedge salad was life changing, protein or not!

From the moment my daughter her friend and I walked in, we were treated like we were a burden instead of paying customers. The attitudes from the employees were rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Nobody seemed happy to help, and the entire atmosphere felt miserable. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to be "freshly cooked," I expected at least hot food. Instead, I was handed a turkey burger that was barely lukewarm and french fries that were cold, limp, and already wrinkling like they had been sitting forever. To make it worse, the fries looked like nothing but the tiny leftover scraps from the bottom of the potato bag. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.
