We were interested in Iris because of their outstanding reviews. However, we have used them twice and have had challenges with two different teams. Both teams have moved very slowly and chitchatted while working which makes them even less productive. In the latest cleaning, we hired 2 people to clean for 3 hours. Instead, they sent 3 people to clean for 1.5 hours. A lot of time was wasted because they weren't efficient. And, it didn't make sense mathematically. They should've sent 4 people to clean for 1.5 hours to equal 2 people cleaning for 3 hours. I called the office and they let the cleaners stay for 30 minutes but at least 10 minutes of that was wasted on me explaining how they needed to be there longer and calling the office, and this is not what we agreed upon. They are very thorough but very slow. If money is not an issue for you, I highly recommend them. read more

We were looking to begin a regular cleaning service and luckily found Iris Cleaning Services. We've only had one clean so far, but so far so good, and we have already booked our next one! Carolina and Sandra were our cleaners that day. The front office was great about keeping me posted on when they would arrive. When they arrived, they first did a walkthrough of the house to find out what we wanted to clean. My husband and I have been working from home so I was a little worried about how that would go, but Carolina and Sandra were great. They were able to do my husband's office first and informed him when they were done so that he could go back in and work. They did the same for me. They were also great with our little dog. They cleaned everything we asked for and more. We've decided to continue using them on a regular basis. :) Their prices are incredibly reasonable, but just be aware that there is a 3 hour minimum (this might not suit everyone's situation). read more

This was the first time using Iris cleaning and it won't be my last! I was in desperate need of a regular house cleaning person/service after letting our prior person go. Let's face it; it's hard to find someone who does a good job cleaning your house and it's even harder to trust them. I saw a car advertising Iris Cleaning and decided it was worth the try after reading reviews and learning they were bonded and insured. We have a 2 story, 3,800 sq ft home with mostly hard surface floors, two dogs and three teenagers. It's not easy to clean our house and it's best if there are two people. I had the best experience with Elisa and Mireya today. First, they were able to accommodate me before my actual appointment since they had a cancellation and it was just so convenient to have it done today instead of Monday because now I have a sparkling clean home for the weekend. They cleaned beyond my expectations, they were even able to get the rust stains out of our sinks that were here prior to us moving into our apartment in March. Called them from the pages. Spoke to Diana. She is very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Worked with us to coordinate the cleaning at our home. She sent Xochilt, Carla, and Sandra. They were amazing. The house was extremely dirty from previous tenants, for example - the kitchen cabinets were dirty inside out, the window slower muddy, and the bathrooms were untouchable. I reached out to this company over the weekend for a detailed cleaning on my 4b/2b home. I'm 9 months pregnant due any day and was stressed out about bringing home a baby to an unclean & dusty home. Iris, the owner, responded timely and was able to provide me fair pricing. They were able to schedule me the very next day due to a cancellation. Perfect timing just before my baby is due and before the holidays. Booking was easy and the team of two -- Maria & Elisa -- arrived on time. They brought all their supplies and equipment. They were very professional and friendly. They spent about 4 1/2 hours that was because I haven't had my home detailed in a very long time.
