They were able to get us scheduled quickly and came the very next day, which I appreciated. The arrival window was 12-1pm, but they showed up closer to 1:45. I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

Upon arrival the condo wasn't move-in ready. Required a deep cleaning among other things. Mixed emotions of anger, disappointment of unsanitary, filthy condo we were calling friends if they can recommend housecleaning business for urgent deep cleaning. Majority were booked except Mayra. She informed us they are booked but can squeeze us in for next day at 6 pm. We agreed. Team of 3 arrived and finished within 2 hrs.. They did an amazing job and the attention to detail the crew put in even placing an emblem on the toilet paper. My wife just cried and was shocked on the difference they made. Price is reasonable and tip provided to all 3 for phenomenon job they had done. Crew was extremely friendly and provide exceptional customer service so much we decided to continue with monthly cleaning service. The job wasn't terrible, and they did complete everything within about 2-3 hours, but for the cost, I expected more attention to detail. They called me Thursday at 1:30 PM and asked if I wanted them to come out today. The girl who called sounded like she was 7 years old. I told them that I thought we had already established that they were coming out today. So we made an appointment for 2:30 PM. They did not show up until 3:00 PM. I watched them on my cameras, pull up in an unmarked vehicle, a regular sedan. I saw them move the car up in front of my house and then back up, like they were trying to view my backyard. They never got out of the car. I thought they were they were Amazon because I saw the Amazon delivery guy come while this was all taking place. As the Amazon guy was leaving, my phone rang and it was this company calling me to ask me if I was home. She said they didn't think I was home. How would they know that if they didn't come to the door to let me know they were there? They asked me to meet them outside. I met them outside and it was two women, which I felt was odd. While she pointed to the front lawn, she told me that if I want them to "mow my lawn" it would be $300, and if I wanted them to pull my weeds up, it would be $900. What? That's the most ridiculous price I've ever heard. Not to mention, she didn't say if this price was for both the front lawn and the back yard, which they never even asked to see, or just the front yard, but either way, I would not pay that ridiculous price. Obviously, they have little experience because you cannot "mow" my lawn. I don't have a lawn; my yard is rocks with grass and weeds that have grown around the yard. Maybe if they had gotten out of their car, they would've seen that.
