This is my second time using Done Right Junk Removal. Kenny is always quick to respond to the junk removal requests through his website! He will call you within a day to schedule. I just have to comment that his upbeat and caring attitude will always make me come back. He treats you like a good friend. He also follows up with you, the day of the removal, to make sure that everything is good and ready to go. He sends an estimate (always fair and a good deal) just from pictures from your phone. His crew is amazing! They cleared my garage full of junk within 15 minutes! They always make sure to clarify what you're getting rid of. The best part?? They make sure to sweep and clean. I am retired now and getting up in age. All my children have moved out leaving my wife and I empty nesters. Off course when they moved out they left behind all their bedroom furniture and miscellaneous stuff. My home was becoming their storage unit. I tried bulk pick up and renting a trash bin. After contacting four local junk removal companies, Done Right was the only one that responded; the owner showed up as promised the following day to look at the massive amount of stuff that needed to be removed. The crew showed up as scheduled, removed everything as requested (even taking the time to put aside the few things we needed to keep), and cleaned/raked up afterwards.
