Currently I am out of town and told them if I sent the employee's pay check. This is what I received: "This is extremely urgent I need this by tomorrow morning at the very latest if possible " I do NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER NOR A SCANNER. This VOE was emailed to be on 6/10 at 12 pm and she wants it in LESS than 24 hours. The borrower signed the Authorization on 6/3! IF IT'S SOOOOO URGENT, why didn't they send it to be EARLIER within 24 hours (the timeframe they gave me), AFTER the borrower signed the auth? Good to know! I will never recommend NOR use such a lender with such a team!

Mathan Fairweather told me to remove all contingencies and we were…read moreall good but then my agent found out we didn't even have a loan secured... shortly after he told me that he couldn't get the rate we had agreed up on and I was forced to put in 25% down instead of 20% with penalty if I would to refinance with less than 2 years based on the new loan requirement. There was also points on his benefit that when I do refinance than he would get a little kick from the bank. I couldn't back out of the deal because we had all contingencies removed which means I would lost my 15k deposit and I had no choice but to move forward. But yeah, look up Mathan Fairweather on google. I'm not the only one who got screwed.
