When I came to pick them up, they were photo gray lenses. When I received my sunglasses I errored by picking them up and going back to work. I put them on and could see distance, but could not even read my dashboard. Oops again! Most likely, they forgot the bifocals. I was done working with this company. In the end, they gave me some money back, they noted I did not give them TIME TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION, and noted maybe the prescription was wrong! WHAT! YOU JUST DID THE EXAM! They charged my VSP insurance. I am now filing a complaint with the insurance compan.

They were very prompt in their response and I actually had a very nice conversation with Dr. Fosso regarding our options. I very much appreciated his time basically providing a phone consultation without needing to travel to his clinic which would have been problematic since we live in a different state. He was also very honest and open with his professional opinion and suggestions even saying that this clinic might not be the best option for what our daughter needs which apparently is very rare. He even gave us some suggestions for other institutions that might be a better option for us. Being someone who has worked in the healthcare field for over a decade, I very much understand how a medical providers time is very much limited and precious, so I am even more blown away and appreciative of the time this doctor gave us. It has been my experience that a majority of providers that I have worked with would not do this. He clearly has a passion for what he does and for taking care of people. He even gave us his direct contact information if we had any other questions. Obviously this also speaks to the clinic in general having him on staff.

The eye exam was literally 3 minutes long and I have a very complicated prescription and haven't had an eye exam in 3 years. When she put the new trial lenses on me, I told her that can't be right, things are very blurry. She said to just wear then for a few days and come back if there are any issues. I wore them for several days but things did not improve and I was honestly scared to drive in them because things were that blurry with this "new" prescription she took all of 3 minutes to figure out for me. I called and their first suggestion was that they could look at my old prescription and "estimate" a new one for me. I'm just baffled. I'm not interested in a prescription "estimate." I need to be able to see correctly and accurately. I went back in and instead of checking my eyes again to get a more accurate prescription so I can see properly and drive safely, their solution is to just order contacts in a different brand with the same blurry prescription. I asked about getting my prescription for glasses and she said "that'd be a separate appointment." I'm all my years wearing glasses and contacts, I have never experienced such incompetence and poor customer service. Gave them many opportunities to make it right and now I'm just going to pay out of pocket to go somewhere that knows what they're doing.
