I have been a regular customer for years. While the service was not always perfect, the results were consistently good until 2025. Earlier this year in May, I did not get the expected results. Still, I gave it another chance and returned in October. Unfortunately, the experience this time was extremely traumatic. The moment I mentioned the poor results from my last visit, Annie became unusually rough. The hair wash was rushed, with water gushing into my ears, and the blow dry felt more like torture--so forceful that it seemed intentional, almost damaging her dryer in the process.
