I knew this was not the problem because the refrigerator was cooling properly and the freezer would work part of the time. So it will be whoever is not on duty, and they may be out servicing someone else. But, they WILL call you back in a reasonable amount of time! I see a couple of negative reviews about timing and all.. I don't ever have a problem with them getting back to me and doing whatever they need to do. If they are at a customer's house servicing their equipment. They can't just stop in the middle of what they're doing and answer calls immediately. But they will call you back! And they will give you the same customer service as they did with the customer before me. Small company, great guys, and I can't recommend them enough!!

They offered several options for repairing our old loud inefficient system and priced out a new one. Price was on par with other quotes I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger with Hewes. They came out on a Friday and Installation was Monday Great work ethic and they cleaned up nicely. The new system is so much quieter (old system sounded like a loud motorcycle or airplane engine). We had used other AC companies in the past and found that the majority of the service associates were unfriendly and many of them didn't fully know what they were doing. We opted to try Hewes Heating & Air Conditioning as they were a little smaller company and 100% family owned and operated. Having spent several years in the hospitality industry, customer service is a must for me! I was so impressed with their hospitality, their friendliness and their overall service. Chris, their director of operations came out on a holiday weekend shortly after we had contacted them and did a temporary fix until they could get a full service/part for the unit during the week. When they returned later in the week, they not only checked everything within our unit and insured that our Freon was refilled and that everything was working, but they also gave us some tips and advice and even showed my husband how to help maintain the unit better than wealready were. They were so patient and walking him through all the steps they were doing! We've never had that type of service before! Overall, we had such an exceptional experience with them that we will definitely use them again! During our phone conversation he stated 1/3 down would be required. But, the update quote stated 1/2 down. Father and son came out to inspect roof. As before very knowledgeable and have a lot of good contacts. Apologized for not giving me a call on the wood. If I had known so much wood was rotten over the detached garage I probably would have torn it down.

He had to order the part and i had him check out my sears freezer while he was out. Came back the next day with my fridge part and fixed both my fridge and freezer. Great price. Great service. It's been three days now and I'm still waiting on a return call from Pioneer Appliances who I called before Joshua. Very happy with Joshua Wiggins and would highly recommend!
