Woodbridge is a pet friendly community which lends to the neighborly interaction of the residents. The property manager,Jennifer handles requests quickly and efficiently- with a GENUINE smile. Lorenzo, a leasing agent here, is AND an excellent ambassador. I do believe he played a huge role in our decision to look no further. Recently,despite the rain, the annual "Tenant Appreciation Luau" was held. Food and music and games... I'm told another event will be held in July. Construction of a new community room and office space is to begin soon as well. While the small town friendly feel of Woodbridge is comforting, it may not and does not appeal to all. You can still certainly keep to yourself quite easily. So yes, five stars.

I knew from the first time we spoke via telephone that she really is a very kind, thoughtful and compassionate lady. I was planing on moving in on June 1st, but due to a tragic house fire, that date got moved up to May 17th. I have never been to Clovis nor did I know anyone here. Cheyanne and Levi made my move in so smooth. I drove up here with a Uhaul trailer hitched to my truck, I have no experience on how to back one up. Cheyanne took it upon herself to park the trailer for me to unload, then she parked it over night for me and the next day she moved it again so I could go return the trailer. Levi helped me move all my stuff in and he also got me the most amazing chocolate shake! I've been here 5 days now and I have met so many of my neighbors. Everyone seems really nice and friendly. I absolutely love my loft and this whole area is safe. I am very grateful to Cheyanne for all her hard work in making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend Woodbridge Apartments.

The maintenance crew are also excellent. If something breaks they usually fix it the same day. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It's always been pretty quiet here. I used to work during the night, I never worried about walking out to my car....I've always felt safe here. A few times a heard there have been cars broken in to but that happens in a lot of different places. All said and done, I don't want to live anywhere else....to me this is my home!

I am a living Trophy of what constitutes a great apartment- It's location, affordability, Security, Amenities, and most importantly, Customer Services etiquette. #1) Maroa Apartments has been crowned as my "Home and safe Sanctuary" (I just renewed my lease for another year! ). It took me 6 months to view over 12 different Apartments in the Clovis and Fresno area. While questioning Property Managers a series of hard questions and concerns, and speak with residents while walking with their furry companions or just walk around on the property (*wise tactics), I could discern if the complex was suitable for me or not. Maroa Apartments has meet all my expectations and more. #2)-The Complex grounds and Assigned Parking Lots: The lawns are always manicured nicely on a weekly bases, Pesticide Personnel comes by seasonally, Parking for residents are assigned and ample guest parking available. #3- The Community/ Location: The location is close in proximity to Highway 41(SR41), It's conveniently located by Walmart (@4 mins.), Target, Safe Mart, Fashion Fair, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, restaurants, etc.. This complex is Amazing, is a representation of the "United Nations", intertwined with integrity and substance. Diversity is the backbone of our Community, different race, culture, and Professions. I appreciate my neighbors- Indian, Mexican, and Puerto Rican. We share our Cultural Cuisines and yummy desserts. I met residents with admirable professions such as Police Officers, Doctors, nurses, dentist, retirees, and a former Ms. Philippine! #4- Affordability/Amenities: Rent is reasonable than most places in Fresno/Clovis. I experienced this journey during my search for an Apartment in 2024. It's a blessing having water, Trash, sewage, 24 hrs. Security, two swimming pools, a Tennis Court (Tennis anyone?), a Gym, Maintenance during and after hours, are all included in the rent (You can't ask for more). Regarding Security, I had an Amazing first-hand experience with Maroa -Vigilant Private Security Team. I had a flight to Philadelphia at 5:30 am and needed to get to the airport at 3:00 am. I contacted the Private Security dispatcher and respectfully requested for their service to dispatch a Security Personnel to escort me, a Senior Citizen, to my vehicle. Two Security Personnel escorted me to my vehicle, placed my luggage in the back seat, and watched me leave the complex safely. Now that is called "Quality Service" and caring for Maroa residents' safety! Lastly, #5- The Staff and Teamwork: Promotion of Moral or Camaraderie is not always measured in a specific act or deed. In this instance, there are no specific acts to be detailed; just a person's dedicated day-to-day way of life. Ms. Bridgette and Ms. Lupe are two Amazing, extraordinary and admirable individuals, in which their Moral actions and Professionalism are guided by "Ethical Principles", reflecting a sense of duty, Polite Civility (A weapon of immense power), respect for others, and a desire to do what is "Fair" and "Just" for all residents in Maroa Apartments. They are hard workers, Peace-Keepers, and Tranquilizers- Like the soothing effect of music. Moreover, Ms. Bridgette and Ms. Lupe are always responsive to every tenants' questions, concerns, and needs to fulfill a "Quality lifestyle". Sarah, the manager, is friendly, professional and so much fun to be around. Brandon, the maintenance manager, is wonderful he takes care of the tenants requests and issues in a timely manner. The apartments are two bedrooms one bath, washer and dryer hook ups, ceiling fans, screened security doors, nice size backyard, new beautiful white vinyl windows and fences. The grounds have a nice pool, large size trees, grass, landscaping plants and don't forget the cute squirrels. We highly recommend Sierra Meadows Apartments!

The process and paperwork was so easy and not stressful at all. Sarah is always very bright and welcomes you with a smile every time. Whenever we had a concern about anything, she responds quickly. I lived in Cobblestone Village for 3 1/2 years. This is a very old complex and the only reason I…read morerented there was because I had a large dog. When I asked to see the apartment before I decided to take it I was informed that I couldn't go into the apartment until I was ready to move in. I could look at the model online which had no resemblance to the actual apartment. This policy was due to all the 'work' that was being done. In order to secure the apartment, I was required to pay a significant deposit. I believe it was $300. If after a week, when the apartment was move in ready, if I decided not to take it after I'd been allowed to see it that money was forfeited. I was also required to pay a $600 pet deposit plus $20 month additional rent for the dog. Once I actually got to see the apartment I was surprised at how old the cabinets were, the fact that they were covered with contact paper made to look like wood, seriously old vinyl flooring and carpet. Of course, by then I'd already committed to taking it or losing my $300 deposit. If you have a large dog, this is one of the few apartments that will accept it. If on the other hand you don't want yearly rent increases or told to stay with a friend when a major leak floods the apartment you'd be wise to shop around. One of the managers told me that the owners want them to think of spending money on repairs as if it was their own money. Also, when I had a water leak, I frequently spoke with the plumber to get updates on the repair. He informed me that he and other vendors were told never to speak to tenants. Not a good policy in my view. When I moved out, I was not surprised at how little the refund of my pet and security deposit was returned to me. Former tenant

In 2023 they replaced my frig, 1 guy pushed it upstairs. The frig box got stuck in corner, he shoved it, got it up. After removing the box, there was a mid size significant dent. You wud think maintenance wud report it, but nope. No manager ever came to inspect, report, like for insurance purposes?? No pics, nuthing done by mgrs. Im still asking for a letter to release me from damages, but nope. Also, in May of this yr, 2026, I discovered that my tile floors in kitchen are supposed to be off white. After seein my neighbors floor, that got cleaned. My grout is black. From past residents grime. I informed mgr. its deep embedded grime, gonna take a pro! Denise, management dont care about much of nuthin. I agree maintenance tries to do their best. I wud pick better apts with friendly staff that care, answer emails or care about Tenants security deposit lol. I told mgr, the point is to keep tenants, not lose them. Oh, they spent thousands of $$ on decor to impress future tenants. Plants die, old appliances, dirty grout, Rude mgrs.

It's in the perfect location as well plenty of shopping. I will say that if you don't like cats maybe don't move here. One of the neighbors feeds the stray cats so they are everywhere and have ran into my apartment multiple times when I'm coming home.
