They have threatened to tow my vehicle parked in it's assigned spot on 3 occasions!!! A different car is always illegally parked in my spot but they refuse to tow them stating people are still learning their assigned spot #. They have an after hours number to report violators but they never answer or return voice mails. Most recently I mailed in my check for the month which was cashed immediately but never mailed me my permits. I was later ticketed and threatened in writing that I would be towed. (That's a laugh) I had to go to their office in person to complain because they never return my calls, and they admit cashing my check but refused to issue a refund or a parking permit??? Did I miss something? I paid you for a service . . . It's typically customary to provide the service you accepted the payment for.

And the "company" who came in and "fixed up" the house after we moved out were just family members of the staff charging whatever they want. The house was trash when we moved in.... We were NEVER late on payments and never complained. The staff is very unprofessional and one staff member always vaped in the office when I was dropping off rent... Good luck if you rent through this agency. Rented for 6 years and they still want your money after you leave.

As a resident of Fulton Village for almost 5 years, I can say I have been very satisfied. This 48…read moreunit complex is quiet, comfortable and safe. There are solar panels on the roof, and many units have their own garage -- an important fact if you have a plug-in vehicle, as I do. Our property manager, Carmen Garza, makes every effort to maintain the Village complex in top shape. Landscapers come through weekly, my requests for apartment maintenance have been filled promptly, and even the trash bin area is carefully monitored for cleanliness and security. Fulton Village is a very good place to live.

Below is the update I had made: "Update: Westco hired a complex manager who lives on site. Since then, things have been a lot better. Monica does a treat job keeping up with the trash and maintenance of the complex. I'm glad she's here!" Westco purchased the apartment complex beginning of March and the problems with their management arose immediately. Trash cans and recycling bins weren't being emptied, the dog area was covered with crap and security wasn't coming around. My partner and I called them numerous times but of course they never answer, and dealing with them via email was extremely tedious. Some emails were flat out ignored. My partner went to their office to speak with someone in person but they offered no solutions and just made excuses for why they weren't addressing any of these issues. It has been two months now and Westco still has not emptied the recycling bin by the mail boxes and it is bursting from the sides it's so damn full. The dog area has only been cleaned once and it still doesn't have bags. I coul By the way, the maintenance team that's been coming to the complex is actually a group of mentally handicap people. While I appreciate their hard work, I found the whole thing to be very odd and would like to ensure it's a legit organization, that they aren't being taken advantage of and are being paid a fair wage. We have asked for the name of the organization numerous times and they have flat out refused to provide it and are actively ignoring our emails about this. Shady.
