The worst. I rented 2 spaces in an industrial space for over 10 years. These guys came in as a property management company during the last year or so we rented. I'll keep it short, they insisted that we sign a new lease after being month to month for the last couple years. I get it, they want security in their rentals and I'm fine with that, however, I told them we intended to move in the next 6 months and we didn't want to commit to another year. They told me they would evict us if we didn't sign a new lease. Of course my first question was would they let me out of the lease in six months if/when we move and they would not answer that question because they didn't intend to do that. This may be perfectly legal but if you value relationships and expect your long term good tenancy to be respected these are not the guys to work with. Then, once we decided to just sign the new lease it took them over a month to get us a copy of the lease to read and they mailed it to the wrong address, twice, which really shows their competence considering the mailing address is the address my company was renting from them. All of this is probably why they got dropped as property management company of these units a short time after we moved on. Heck, now that I think about it I don't even know if these guys are still in business, probably not. I also work with a property management company (not these guys of course) from the landlord perspective (homes not industrial space) so I'm not completely one sided here. I see both sides and I could never imagine telling a good, long term tenant that I would evict them if they didn't sign a lease longer than they intended to rent. read more
