D-. Completed the application, paid the fees, but then I have to call and email to find out what was going on with my application. Didn't receive and update and when I did reach out about renting and the application, the comment was we don't have anything for them to realize that I have two separate accounts that I mentioned in the beginning. The process to rent shouldn't be this difficult for anyone looking for a home or place to move into. There's a way to be more efficient and effective in how things are being done. Figure it out soon. My property manager is great... the office needs work.

I brang it up because I was told by maintenance that might gut our walls. They got mad because our maintenance told us that. & Regency said our apartment was fine & had ppl walk through before we expressed our needs to accommodate us. We were getting sick because they didn't clean the vents that happened because of the fire. We couldn't use our swamp cooler because the vents were black from the smoke damage. It was rat & mice invested all around & in the apartment conplex. I heard the person that was trying to work outside the window say the next door neighbors apartment that was burned was very rat invested. Don't recommend renting from them. We got charged extra for a lot. Took the whole deposit. We made work orders & had insurance that couldve helped. We moved out and returned the keys before the prorate date & they still charged us extra after the deposit. I tried to clean a lot of the smoke residue on the floors & walls but it was making it worse. I put a work order for that as-well. They dont care about their renters. & We had to pay for our own mailbox key when we first moved in & asked us to return it. We didnt get reimbursed for that either. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless u absolutely have too.

They advised that my business was only worth $150k, which really surprised me. They gave numerous half hearted excuses as to why, but, I politely excused myself and left. Note that I listed it with another local broker who sold it within the first week at just under $1,000,000.00. Do your homework. There's plenty to f qualified people out there.... these folks don't happen to be that!!

THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TUTELIAN. Over the…read morepast 5 months I've paid $100 a month to rent 2 parking spots from Tutelian and it's been nothing but issues! They have threatened to tow my vehicle parked in it's assigned spot on 3 occasions!!! A different car is always illegally parked in my spot but they refuse to tow them stating people are still learning their assigned spot #. They have an after hours number to report violators but they never answer or return voice mails. Most recently I mailed in my check for the month which was cashed immediately but never mailed me my permits. I was later ticketed and threatened in writing that I would be towed. (That's a laugh) I had to go to their office in person to complain because they never return my calls, and they admit cashing my check but refused to issue a refund or a parking permit??? Did I miss something? I paid you for a service . . . It's typically customary to provide the service you accepted the payment for.

Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input.
