I handed my current Groupon Voucher to the woman and she said WE DO NOT TAKE GROUPON. I informed her that I paid for the service . She then kept repeating NEW OWNER! NEW OWNER! Same location, same name, same furniture and equipment and no sign indicating ownership change or of new policy of non acceptance of GROUPON. She said I could pay for the service. I told her I already did. She told me to call GROUPON! This business wasted my time and gas and I received nothing for the service I clearly paid for. I will be sharing this absolute worst case of customer service ever! PS I have filed a claim with Groupon and also a disputed charge with American Express for services not received. Today, I showed Sean a nail design that I wanted and he agreed to do it. However, when he finished, the design looked nothing like the photo I had provided. Rather than making a scene, I politely asked him privately, away from other customers, if he could either fix the design or change it to a simple solid color. I was surprised when he told me I would have to pay for both the original design and the solid color change. When I asked if he could simply correct the design, he refused. He then stated that the design was expensive, said he would remove it, told me I would only need to pay for my fill and pedicure, and rudely said "THIS IS YOUR LAST TIME IN HERE". Throughout the conversation, I remained respectful and even expressed how much I valued his work and appreciated being a customer for many years. I wasn't asking for anything for free, I simply wanted the design corrected because it did not resemble what I had requested. As a long-time customer, I was hurt and disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, today's experience left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome.
