Was a pretty penny with the valve adjustment labor but overall, I'm just happy to get good and communicative service. I've never had any issues with the work done on my vehicle. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

I love that this place opens on Saturdays, but it's first come first serve only. They do take appointments during the weekdays for bigger fixes on the bike and they are often booked out for a month or more. Labor isn't cheap, and it's comparable to other shops.
