They outsourced the service to Nate and George from Prestige Complete Auto Body & Paint Services. In a nutshell, I couldn't be any happier. They were professional, friendly, courteous, timely and honest. They came and picked up my damaged bumper Thursday night and had it fixed, delivered and re-installed Monday afternoon. I believe "Sunlight Copper Metallic" color on my Suzuki was not an easy color to match, but they made my bumper look brand new again. I watched as he does the work. At first everything seems to be okay. When it comes to the paint, I see he sprays on a color that seems quite a bit lighter than the actual paint itself. I question it, he tells me it's correct. Before he finishes he sprays on what he tells me is a ceramic coating and to leave it on overnight. The spray is brown in color and covers all the work that he has performed, so I cannot see the finished product but since he guarantees his work and tells me to leave it on overnight I believed everything will be okay. The next day I clean up my car and notice that the job is sub par. I reach out to him and send photos and hear nothing back. I reach out several more times and still hear nothing back. I checked yelp reviews and found out that someone else went through the same exact thing. What's crazy is, you think you're a good judge of character. This guy came across like a really good guy. He sends me his business card, he says if I need any more work or knows anyone else that needs work done give him a call or a text. He goes on telling you about how his work is 100% guaranteed and how satisfied I'll be. Even though I've already agreed to pay him for the work that he's doing. He volunteers all this information just to show you what a good stand up guy he is. I don't get people like this. I already told him I would pay him for the work that he did. I didn't need the con job afterwards. I just don't get it, I'd like to think I'm not naive and have a bit of Street Smarts. I also believe that people have integrity and like to be able to look at themselves in the mirror and to be able to actually realize that they're not a piece of s*** , I guess with this guy I'm wrong !

The person who hit me offered to pay my repairs cash, so I went around my area and got quotes from 3 shops near me. Kings of Body quoted me the best price. On top of that, they were extremely patient, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Being a young girl and finding car help on my own, it can be really daunting to figure things out and trust that my best interest is being looked out for. Sev (who I believe is the manager) was so extremely kind and caring in helping me resolve my car issues. He even kept me updated from his personal phone for when the parts came in and when the repairs were about to be done. I really felt that I could trust him, and for that, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. To top it all off, my repairs were made super quickly. I dropped off Saturday morning and my car was ready by Monday afternoon. AND, they were even so very kind to buff out a few paint marks from various minor things I'd apparently hit lol.
