My friends and I booked a class to try out on thanksgiving morning while we were in town visiting our parents. We grew up in Easton and now that I'm an adult, I would have loved this in high school. We took an hour long class with Allie and she was such an amazing instructor. She was body positive and was so helpful to get us set up on the bikes and explain the bike as well as the class routine. We all absolutely loved the workout. Our fitness levels ranged from beginner to advanced and we all enjoyed the class. The classes offered each day vary between spin and some incorporate strength training as well. The studio is clean, spaced out in between bikes, and is easy to find! I can't wait to book another class the next time I come home to visit my parents.

I was looking for a fun yet goal oriented place to sign my twins up for tennis and this place has by far exceeded my expectations. My children love tennis and look forward to going to train everyday. They train there in the winter months and also go to the CoSa summer camp while school is out. Sara and Costin are wonderful coaches and my children absolutely love them.
