Its soo much more than a gym for me and I know my other SLAG ladies would agree.The women here are amazingly supportive from day one. When you think you can't they help you can!. I have never felt so welcomed and encouraged. WE are all shapes and sizes : Do not feel you are too big too lazy too small not fit enough! Every class is designed to help you achieve your goals. Every instructor is great! You will laugh and fun while you sweat. Try a pole class its not pole dance but pole fitness. You see your self achieving things you never thought you could! Girlies, Hands DOWN the best gym out there. Its not your typical gym. Its for girls and with girls. The Instructors are awesome. The other ladies make you laugh, root you on want everyone there so succeed. You go at your own pace. There are women of all abilities I have never felt like I belonged somewhere from day one. There are a variety of classes. Babysitting for the AM classes and always an instructor to help you push past where you think you can go. I always leave there exhausted but so happy I went. There is no slacking in these classes. Everyone here is super nice and supportive. GO take a class and It will change your life. You will feel better about you, meet some great women, have fun, and lose weight, gain tone. You've got nothing to lose but weight. read more

This is the best gym in the Lehigh Valley hands down. The owner Heather is totally awesome and during class I feel that I am getting personal attention. Personal trainers charge $90+ a hour for that. The fun classes are for all fitness levels and there is a nice variety of classes to choose from. I drive a hour round trip, that is how much I love this place. I have lost 45 pounds and for the first time in my life I have the confidence that I can finally get in shape. Heather and other members are so motivating. I am jogging for the first time in my life. The gym also gives back to the community and raises money for charity. If you live near this gym, you have to join. I love it, changed my life! read more

What can I say....Sweat Like A Girl had changed my life!!! This place ROCKS!!!! I have a new love for fitness and I know that will never change! Heather has provided an environment that is contagious and keeps you wanting more! The classes here are a challenge, but you will see results and that's a reward in itself. Sweat Like a Girl is awesome! I've been attending classes regularly since January 2014 and I have seen a huge improvement in my overall strength. I'm a runner and I wanted to add strength training and conditioning into my workouts. Since joining I have improved my race times and have Heather to thank for that! I heard through a friend that there was a new gym in town and that the 1st class was free! So my friend and I decided to check it! We tried Dumbbell Diva for the first class and we were instantly hooked! The owner is great and motivates us to work as hard as we can within our own limits.
