They have automatic doors that open and close when you punch in your code to get into the building. Security is excellent with a keypad to get into the building, 24 hour monitoring and recording of inside and outside, security cameras outside and inside the building, a person in the office on site 7 days a week. The unit I rented was extremely reasonably priced and lower than what I am paying at another facility without the amenities Auburn Storage has. The building is heated and cooled with humidity control which is perfect for antiques to be storied at. They keep the thermostat at between 75 and 80 during the Summer depending on the humidity. It is heated during the Winter. The building has outside lighting and inside lights at all times. There are covered areas you can drive under to load and unload your vehicle by the automatic doors which are large. They also supply huge push carts that you can use to move your items with. The parking area is large, clean, and well maintained. The inside area is clean, well maintained, and has fire alarms, fire sprinklers located throughout the building and fire extinguishers located on every hall in case needed. Your items are insured if damaged. There is easy access to the building since it is located inside an industrial park with good roads. The staff is very nice, professional, and helpful if you need help. Payment is easy to do with on-line or in the office. The units are well lighted at all times so you do not have to turn lights on or off. Units 10 feet by 20 feet and up have back and front door access. Units bigger have around 3 to 4 door access so you don't have to pull all your items out to reach an item in the back of the unit. I can't say enough good things about this storage facility. It is awesome ! If you get the chance go check it out and hope you can get a unit there. I was very impressed with the staff , building, and the amenities.

The frontend washers are okay not the best as you cannot use beads or pods like in top load once the machines start. I also found you could not use fabric softener load as it would be dissolved when the detergent went in during wash cycle. The dryers I found to have the temp set a bit to low. Other locals I dry with 2 quarters here took 4. The machine prices are on par with cities such as Detroit And NY. If in area again I would use I just know to use top loader if pod or beads and expect spend more on dryers than normal
