My dad hired them to begin the process with insurance, but during the process of it all, my dad suffered from a stroke so I took over and Luis came over to walk us through all the options and costs. He just asked us to reach out to him whenever we were ready, so I really appreciated the no pressure sales from him. Unfortunately, a few weeks later my dad passed and we kind of put the roof on hold for a bit. The reason I'm stating these details is because in the 2-3 months time that this was all happening, Luis never once called or texted to pressure us into getting the process going, so that was really appreciated. I reached out to him last week to say that we should be ready to move forward now and asked him if he would come out again to go over the options we talked about 1-2 months prior and he said sure thing, no problem. He explained again how the roofing layers were going to go on and also our selection of colors based on Class 3 and Class 4 roofs and also what benefits a Class 4 roof would have. It was a little hard to get a feel of what it would look like based on the sample pictures on the booklet, so he took us around the neighborhood and pointed out roof colors and what colors he felt would look good on the house. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly and throughly, he also didn't try to upsell things here and there. We arranged for him to week and he said they crew would start at 7am and would be done by 4pm or so. On the day of the roof replacement, they came out a little before 7am and began work. They were very quick, efficient, and cleaned up after all the work was done too. Luis notified me when all the work was done and said he would check in the next day to make sure all went well. He will also come back in about a week or so to check up to see if there's any issues with the roof and will take care of anything that needs to be taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their roof repaired or replaced. If any of my friends in Dallas need a rec, this is the company I'll refer out to them.

Charlie Kegans with Royal Roofing quoted us the best price of the five roofers who submitted bids. On the day of the project everything worked out perfectly despite the incredible heat of Texas in July. The crew was as professional and competent as Charlie said they would be. We are thrilled with their work.
