Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

I was originally a member at Planet Fitness but it just didn't have all the things I wanted so I started trying out a few other gyms. As soon as I tried out 24, I knew it was the gym for me. My favorite part is that they have both a dry and a wet sauna. I have yet to try the wet sauna but I use the dry sauna after every workout. Very relaxing. The best time to come here that I've noticed so far is after 9pm. That's when it seems to begin to slow down. Around 5-8pm I've observed is probably the busiest time because I guess people are coming to workout right after work. A good variety and machines and equipment that fit my fitness needs. All the staff has been very friendly so far as well. They have some products for sale when you first walk in such as T-shirts, protein bars, preworkout powder, etc. I really like the convenience of that. Check in is easy. You type in your phone number and then scan your fingerprint and you're good to go! They also have a pool and hot tub that I'm interested in but haven't used quite yet. The locker room is spacious and the lockers are nice & big. Everything is clean. Excited to continue my fitness journey and get these gains in 2019

We've been members since this gym opened about 20 yrs ago. Most of the machines are the original…read morefrom 20 years ago, with signs of wear, but most are still working well, although not fancy & shiny. It often takes a long time for machine repairs, but they have so many machines that you can always find something else to work with, without compromising your workout regimen. This gym has RACQUETBALL courts, lap pool, basketball gym, group-ex room, & group cycling room! These type of variety is not offered at any smaller gyms. They do not open 24 hours since pandemic, but opening at 5am is early enough in my opinion. Check out the group exercise schedule, you'll see the variety of classes. They have many cardio machines - treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, & 2 rowing machines - plenty to choose from. There are TVs in front of the cardio machines, so u can watch your favorite show, sport event, or news while you work out. This is an aging gym, but it has so many amenities & offers good variety of group classes (all included in your membership fee). The lack of shiny machines, counters, & walls do not bother me, as it does NOT affect the quality of your workout. If you're serious about working out, the new year special of $215/year is totally worth it! Sadly, they do not market their specials much (most of the time you would have to walk into the facility to find what specials they have) & the complicated membership structures for family friends/family are counterproductive for recruitment of new members.

What is different about KRB Fitness is the individual care and the knowledge and information I get. It has been more than an exercise program its been a life change. Workout equipment is always BROKEN. Literally all of the seats are completely broken on the ellipticals save for maybe 1 working machine. So if someone else is in that room your S.O.L.!! For the price of the monthly membership it's ridiculous they can't keep up with their equipment... It's a tiny location. You're giving up a lot from a regular gym as far as weights go, I wish this was as big as the Colleyville/Southlake location because I am really starting to consider canceling the membership at the price I pay just to come and see all the broken equipment...

Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. They also have a 30-minute full body workout center here as well with instructions to perform the task. Overall, this location is brand new with new equipment. The staff does a great job keeping this place clean and provides top-notch service. There are many disposable napkins with sanitizer spray located throughout the gym.
