I was originally a member at Planet Fitness but it just didn't have all the things I wanted so I started trying out a few other gyms. As soon as I tried out 24, I knew it was the gym for me. My favorite part is that they have both a dry and a wet sauna. I have yet to try the wet sauna but I use the dry sauna after every workout. Very relaxing. The best time to come here that I've noticed so far is after 9pm. That's when it seems to begin to slow down. Around 5-8pm I've observed is probably the busiest time because I guess people are coming to workout right after work. A good variety and machines and equipment that fit my fitness needs. All the staff has been very friendly so far as well. They have some products for sale when you first walk in such as T-shirts, protein bars, preworkout powder, etc. I really like the convenience of that. Check in is easy. You type in your phone number and then scan your fingerprint and you're good to go! They also have a pool and hot tub that I'm interested in but haven't used quite yet. The locker room is spacious and the lockers are nice & big. Everything is clean. Excited to continue my fitness journey and get these gains in 2019

Since then, I've been hitting the gym four to five days a week and the results speak for themselves: I've dropped a dress size, two pant sizes, and lost countless inches. Beyond the scale, I'm sleeping better and feeling my body get stronger every day. I'm so grateful for that follow-up and for the incredible trainers and staff at the Mansfield Life Time location who keep me motivated!

Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

I did my due diligence before joining, I visited classes throughout the area all they way to Bishop Arts and found my home here. When it comes to classes, disciplines and coaching you can't go wrong. The atmosphere is much better and you can tell people take their workout seriously. It is smaller and there's some equipment I miss, but overall its a better gym. Staff seems friendly and I see them clean quite a bit. Don't really ever have to wait for a rack as they have 2 platform half racks and another one in a different area that has a landmine. The machines I've used feel pretty smooth and I notice pretty much everyone wipes them down when they're done. They have 3 bench press stations that are pretty sweet! You can change the angle in increments of 5% on decline and incline. Something I also really like is they have a nice standing and seated calf machine. Also a pretty good variety of attachments for the pulley machines. Wish they had heavier dumbbells though, as I can't do DB rows with straps anymore unless I wanna do like 40+ reps. I know that sounds crazy, but when you strap up you'd be surprised how much you're limiting your back gainz yo. But they have a landmine where you can load the weight up and do the same type of row. Oh and if you know what a glute ham raise is they have it! I love that thing and have been using it twice a week and am still getting stronger at it. They have a cool turf area in the back where you can do a variety of things, but unfortunately all it can take is 1 person in the area and you can no longer drag the sled/tire around or do farmer walks which are things I really like to do. Also, I honestly feel kind of bad when I do it because I feel like I'm hogging the area. If there was just a little more square feet it would be absolutely perfect. The only really legit complaint I have is the water temperature is not consistent in the showers(its usually cold or lukewarm). If that could be fixed that would be great. Cold water is fine now, but its pretty miserable once you get to the winter time. Even with a few things I don't like I highly recommend this gym and think that you will really like it too!

I've been a paying member of Colaw Fitness for over 2 years without any issues--until now. My…read moremembership plan clearly states that if you attend at least 12 times in a month, your fee is cut in half. I went to the gym daily, yet I was repeatedly billed the full amount. When I noticed the error, I immediately called customer service. They claimed they would "investigate," but two months and countless follow-up calls later, I'm still being told there's "no error on their end." Meanwhile, I kept getting billed in full. That excuse is unacceptable. If there truly were no error, I should have been told right away, not dragged along for months while they continued taking my money. To make matters worse, Colaw insists on continuing to charge my card unless I complete an "end of contract" form--something not even accessible on their website. They admitted I'd have to request it by email. This is a deliberate barrier designed to make it harder for members to leave, and it's shady business practice at best. The worst part? A customer service representative actually told me I could "just go somewhere else." How awful is that? That's how they treat loyal, paying members who have been driving 20 minutes each day to support their gym. Absolutely unacceptable. What's most disappointing is that this gym brands itself as being built on Christian values and morals. Yet their management refuses to take any accountability, refuses to meet loyal members halfway, and acts as if they're always right. Companies make mistakes--it happens. But denying them, while hiding behind a façade of "Christian values," is hypocritical and disgraceful. Colaw Fitness should be ashamed of how it treats long-standing customers.

I get that his job is sales but when you are being aggressive and forceful when a young woman says no she does not want to sign up for training, and he kept asking "why, why, why" then that's a problem. He would not take no for an answer and would not leave her alone. I have emailed corporate and no I do not want to go to the location and speak to anyone there. I want a phone call from corporate. Cody needs sales training and learn the meaning of "no". My daughter in law also told him she is unemployed and yet he still was pretty much forcing her to pay for training she clearly did not want.
