The salon is more beautiful on the inside than I even expected! I knew exactly what I wanted, demi-permanent in darkest shade of brown. I have had this color before and knew I wanted it. I saw Jen Hyneman. She was sooo nice and listened! I told her the color I wanted and she suggested one shade lighter because I am quite pale in the winter. She took her time with me and we had a very nice conversation. My hair looked good, but unfortunately it wasn't as dark as I wanted. I am very happy she gave me her professional opinion and my new hair color looked great and very natural! It is just not what I had wanted specifically. So I called the salon and Adrienne answered and offered for me to come back in and have it redone. Jen was so nice when I came back and very understanding! I got my hair redone and it turned out better than I wanted! She also gave me the same discount I had used the first time. I am very very happy with my hair now! The color that was originally done was beautiful as well and did go with my skin tone more than the darker shade I wanted but I was a little picky and am very happy with the final results! I do get it colors bleed when washed but not when dry nor did I expect it to bleed this bad I've always had my hair dyed bright colors, even when I do it myself I never experience that. For the price I paid I would pay that with my hair to butt and for the color to come out that quick highly disappointed. I emailed the company not even a sorry back from them. Never asked for my money back just a sorry. I wouldn't recommend the company that charges this amount and the color doesn't even last. Even the purple isn't as vibrant as when I got it done. Lauren jacked up my hair so bad that I was embarrassed to go out looking like a kindergartner chopped at my head. I could have called to complained and ask for someone to fix her mess but I firmly believe that if you can't cut it right the first time you sure as heck aren't getting a second chance at my head. As for the cost it sure didn't seem fair that I was paying for service at a premium level and getting subpar results. AND they push you to buy items from the Davines product line which they claim is made in Italy. A) the bottles are almost half empty when you buy them, see for yourself. B) the packaging honestly looks like it was made in the owners garage with labels printed out a old HP jet ink printer. C) the product smells like plastic! D) it feels awful when used.
