He quickly went over to the house, helped me choose the locks, installed them, FaceTimed me along the way, and sent me photo/video of all the completed work. I can't tell you how much this man cared. Oscar made me feel so comfortable to contact him - told me to call if I needed anything at all. And whenever I did call, he answered immediately. Oscar gave every single detail his full attention. He listened to exactly what I needed. And he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. In closing, I want to stress this: not only was Oscar highly competent, reliable, friendly, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable - he was also truly kind and understanding. They had a portable vacuum for the door wood shavings. They left my house in better condition than when i called them both times.
