Many fairways are very long and narrow. We prefer Seneca just two minutes east down the road, it is a grand course run by the Metro parks it is wonderful to tee off there. In addition, the Briarwood community swimming pool is located in the middle of the parking lot which makes for a noisy, crowded venue on weekends in summer. Their sloppy maintenance shed is also out front in the parking lot and really unsightly with barrels, dumpsters and piles of building materials all around it. OK place to buy a bucket of golf balls and practice, but so many nicer clubs nearby.

Regardless, it is a fun and challenging track for all levels. Plenty of room off the tee on most holes but a handful of them have some strategically placed trees that narrow the best landing area for the second shot.
