I was impressed with the knowledge base regarding feet, stride, cushioning, gait, all of it. I was asked several questions pertinent to my walking and was asked to walk up and down the room under observation. Based on this data, I was presented with several pairs of shoes. The first pair I tried on were so comfortable that I decided to look no further. My shoes and I went for a trial walk on the Marblehead bike trail and returned to the car very happy with how my feet and legs felt. If I have any issues with the shoes, I can come back within a month and I will be offered another shoe. Customer satisfaction means everything to Marathon Sports. Sandra W.

She recommended the shop's shapewear to me when she saw me going to try a fancy long dress on "if I needed it..." I asked if she had said dress in a larger size and she flatly said "no..." and offered me a totally different sweater dress, probably because it looked large enough for me. Bobbles has *some* cute stuff but it's only sizes S,M,L and they all run pretty small. Simply put, all of their stuff you could find dupes of on shein or cider or the tiktok shop for much cheaper and with a far greater size variety. Not only that, you wouldn't have to deal with the horrific attitudes of the people that work there. Would not recommend if you're anything above a size small. If you're a size large like me, you're considered plus size to them. I was made to feel out of place and too big to shop at a place I've gone to for years.
