Walking in, you are bombarded by everything black, dark and magical. The first thing that catches your eyes is the huge illuminated witch in the center of the shop. With the purchase of a $35 tote bag, I get one patch free to put on the bag. If I want more, I of course can purchase however many patches I want. Thomas was HUGE HELP and very pleasant. He helped me with the placement if the patches and explained everything in great detail! Once everything is placed in its desired position, he will go ahead and get everything pressed. I loved it! Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here!
