Then added wonderful lava rock and sod to make our backyard awesome again! He showed up, pointed out what was wrong and what he will be doing and showed the parts he will be replacing it with. He showed me all the parts replaced after work completed. He did a very clean job and also gave me some advice on my irrigation system and lawn care. I like that he was not trying to sell me anything else that I didn't need. Because of that and I liked his work I ended up asking him to do more work than what I had initially scheduled for. He is my go to guy for sprinkler services and will soon be working with him to work on my landscaping. I'd recommend him to anyone. If you don't get an immediate response from him, understand that this is a local business and he might be doing some work and can't get to you right away.

Apparently from others who use them, the gate issue is not just with us. They leave weeds growing, bushes untrimmed, or the ones trimmed look slanted and uneven. When I file a request or complaint, we get blamed for whatever it is. Not happy one bit with customer service. We aren't hard to please. I understand landscaping is hard honest work. But the concept isn't hard. Communication isn't hard. Update: Got an email saying his worker tried collecting payments on failed attempts so they automatically took funds out without authorization. Lies! We tried handing his workers checks and they said to give it to Jacob but he wasnt there. They dont do the work we pay them to do, so it's a rip off. I'm tired of arguing with Jacob via email and my family who uses him are leaving his services too. He may treat higher paying clients with fancier houses and yards better and maybe that's who gives him more stars? Who knows. Or commercial properties?

Jacob with Wildwood showed up for the estimate and seemed to be a nice and great person for the job with charm and promises. The first service wasn't bad but was not done the way that I asked. He invoiced me for the two services of the month by email almost immediately and my great mistake was to pay that invoice in advance before the other service was done. He does not show up day he told me he would show for the next service and does not call or text. I read her him by phone and he gives me a story about why he wasn't able to show and tells me he will be there that day. I call him that day as it got late and he told me he was running late and that he would still make it which he does not...again. After more phone calls/voicemails and text messages he finally replies by text all manner of excuses as to why he did not show or call and assures me he will be there next week. So I wait another week and try calling him again with no reply. After another text he tells me he will be there tomorrow and again does not show when no call or text. NOTICE how I am the one who calls and texts him every time not the other way around. You can even see the pictures I attached of the text massage thread. I paid this guy for two services, he takes my money and runs. This guy is crooked and has no sense of responsibility towards his clients unless they have big jobs for him apparently. I read from other comments that if you have a typical house with just typical service requirements that Jacob does not have time for that. Beware before you employ this guy, if he can do it that easy to me and many others he WILL do it to you when the job is anything less than convenient for him.

Also, I wanted to give the front yard nice curb appeal, and add entry way steps. They had great recommendations for how we could achieve this. They recommended the brick pavers for the walkway and the brick patio area. It love how they cut the brick for that unique pattern and the coloring latches our house. They got this project done in 3 days and each day they cleaned up after themselves as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Lastly, they were so friendly and eager to appease any request I made. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. They did all of this work for reasonable pricing as well.

A couple of the big-name local plumbers had told me it was the regulator, but Green Diamond was quick to diagnose it correctly and found it was only a damaged line, saving us hundreds of dollars. They had it repaired in less than an hour, and the best part was they were able to make the repair inside the utility box without removing the box or pulling up any turf.
