Also, I wanted to give the front yard nice curb appeal, and add entry way steps. They had great recommendations for how we could achieve this. They recommended the brick pavers for the walkway and the brick patio area. It love how they cut the brick for that unique pattern and the coloring latches our house. They got this project done in 3 days and each day they cleaned up after themselves as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Lastly, they were so friendly and eager to appease any request I made. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. They did all of this work for reasonable pricing as well.

Green Diamond Landscape came out to fix what I thought was a pressure regulator issue in our…read morelandscaping utility box. A couple of the big-name local plumbers had told me it was the regulator, but Green Diamond was quick to diagnose it correctly and found it was only a damaged line, saving us hundreds of dollars. They had it repaired in less than an hour, and the best part was they were able to make the repair inside the utility box without removing the box or pulling up any turf. We are considering litigation because the project he abandoned in terrible condition is a rental property that we can not market until we bring in someone new to fix all of the problems. After an only okay experience with a previous contractor that did our paver walkway, we decided to look for someone new. So glad we found Newline Concrete & Pavers!! For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it. It was something we hadn't even thought of and were glad to have brought to our attention. When we were ready to tackle the second portion of our yard, we called up Newline again! This time, we had artificial turf with concrete curbing, DG, and a concrete slab for a future shed put down. The end result is fantastic and we're quite happy with how everything turned out. Their crew for both projects always arrived on time and left the area clean after each work day. The communication was excellent throughout both projects and the crew always checked in with us if questions came up to ensure the project was coming along as we envisioned. We also found their pricing to be very competitive, so value for their services has been top notch. Overall, we are more than happy with Newline and will surely continue to use them for our future yard projects!

WARNING: Poor quality and ongoing issues:…read more We hired this company in November for a full landscape project that included a waterfall feature, pond, irrigation, hardscape, uplights/lighting, 40 trees and 40 misc plants. MORE THAN SEVEN MONTHS LATER the work is still not complete and the issues continue. The waterfall has leaked from the beginning, the pond still loses water, and the irrigation system is unreliable. Multiple trees, shrubs, and plants are dying, including dozens of recently installed evergreens that are not growing as promised. Continuous hand watering and constant upkeep required to try and save the yard because of the issues left unresolved or quality of the initial installs. Many of these plants do not appear well-suited for the climate. Even with a mild winter, they required tying for support, and many are now sagging, leaning, or failing to establish. This reflects a lack of understanding about what actually works in this environment. Irrigation pipes have leaked underground for months, contributing to irrigation failures and extremely high water bills. Despite our repeated efforts to get this resolved, the problems persist. The third pipe busted today. There are concerns of what we can't see with water underneath the house. The project was not delivered as it was sold to us, leaving us with sacrifices, unexpected expenses, and constant disruption. We have given up much of our winter, spring, and now the start of summer just trying to fix, babysit, or mitigate further damage to the property. One major issue was a mudslide caused by their failure to remove excess dirt after digging out the pond. The mud filled the waterfall and basin, requiring a major cleanup that we had to handle ourselves before they eventually came to clear it. To date, there is still an issue with mud leeching into the waterfall when irrigating. Our concerns and suggestions were repeatedly ignored until the exact problems we warned about happened. Communication has been difficult due to language barriers, and we have experienced evasive or misleading behavior from both sales and ownership. Several requests to speak with the owners have never been acknowledged. There is a clear lack of expertise in water feature design, irrigation planning, plant selection, and working with the local environment. Pricing is extremely high for the quality delivered. Most disappointing of all, we had planned a wedding on the property and had to cancel the entire event because the landscape was not finished (could not be completed with the problems or not presentable. Despite every effort to work with them in good faith, we are still without resolution and continue to uncover new problems. WE CANNOT USE ANY OF THE FEATURES INSTALLED AS OF THIS DATE (ongoing and will be updated) Note: Photos included are limited and do not show the full scope of the project or all issues encountered. Ron completely transformed it into a beautiful pond with natural rock and a stunning natural-looking waterfall.
