Richard came by today to address a known issue with some faulty valves (not working at all). He showed up on time and was in and out in about 30 mins. I had several broken pipes and sprinkler heads but I also wanted the sprinklers to be set up differently because we were changing our backyard set up. Needed him to come through and check out sprinklers in back yard as half of them werent turning on automatically, needed him to change out broken sprinkler head too. this guy is crazy expensive! he is completely incapable of telling you how much the job will cost. he makes up the price as he goes along, so you'll never knew what the end cost will be. my bad! Richard really knows his stuff. We are grateful for his knowledgeable service in helping us finding the actual leak in our pipe. I thought it was a sprinkler line. Turned out to be a main water supply line. We didn't believe Richard at first. Boy were we wrong! He kept on testing and investigating and digging. Was hard work. But he found it! Then we had to call the city water to shut off in order to fix the pipe properly.
