Tried to add a little onto the bill at the end of the job saying his billing person forgot this and that and that little move went nowhere for him. Foreman hit a marked public utility on my job and told me that it was my issue to deal with getting it fixed and paid for.... sure it is buddy....sure it is. As soon as that repair bill came through they tried hard to say it wasn't them but obviously photos/videos and timestamps don't lie. Sure they are affordable and that's likely because they have kids and family working. That's who was working on my job. I can tell the difference in skill set between them and the company I use now. But I've grown wiser and I pay more. I feel that you definitely get what you pay for. Maybe they can do minor things and small jobs but they do not appear to be up to the task of big and/or complex jobs for what I've seen. I can't attest to the competence of blowouts and start ups or minor work. Chuck will puff his chest during the pre bid walkthrough and talk about how he holds his employees accountable for errors but don't forget that they are mostly related so there is likely no accountability. Oh and don't fall for the 50 percent deposit to get on the list bs - just go elsewhere. Lastly also recommend to backcheck the plethora of five star reviews they get on other websites....

I had to take care of the call to Miss Diggs to locate all gas and water lines before the installation. The date was set, but the day before the office called me and asked if it was alright if the installation could take place several hours earlier because of the heat. I agreed. The next day I was home the entire day and not only did they not show up to install, they never called me to apologize. I did call the office and asked a woman who said was in charge of my account. She said because of the heat they have to reschedule. I told her that would have been nice to know before I lost a full day. She said she would call me back to reschedule, she never called and 15 days later I'm still waiting. I called the office every day where no body answered the phone and my messages all went to voicemail. Not one of those messages were ever returned. Today I made another call that went to voicemail as I went to the business 10 minutes later. I got nothing but excuses and the runaround from everyone. The phones were down, we can't get reliable help, the main guy that does our installs has been puking all week, really????? I demanded my money back as the owner came out of his office to give us some more excuses. I would never deal with this unscrupulous company, ever. I suggest anyone who thinks about hiring them to really do your homework first.
