After submitting photos and discussing the project over the phone, I was quoted around $3,500. It's a big project and definitely not cheap, but I was told they could do what I wanted, so I decided to move forward. I wanted to have a proper consultation in person to discuss the design, ideas, expectations, and final pricing, so I rearranged my work schedule around their availability. The appointment was originally scheduled for the afternoon, but then it was changed to the morning. I drove to the studio in the morning, only to be told that the appointment was actually in the afternoon. So I went back to work and then came back again in the afternoon. When I arrived for the afternoon appointment, I was then told that the artist was busy and asked if I could come back in another hour. At this point, I had already driven back and forth multiple times, dealt with traffic, and rearranged my work schedule, only to still not have my consultation. A simple text or phone call saying, "Can you come later? The artist is busy," would have saved me a lot of unnecessary driving and disruption to my workday. They may do great tattoos, but I'm very frustrated with how the appointment was handled. After this experience, I'm going to look at other studios. There are plenty of options around.

A Fantastic Experience at Irvine Ink Tattoo! I had an amazing experience at Irvine Ink Tattoo when I took my 5-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced on New Year's Day. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were very flexible with scheduling, and we were able to get an appointment as the first client at 1:30 pm, which was perfect for us. Amber, the piercer, was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and knew exactly how to work with kids. She made my daughter feel comfortable right away, offering small toys and squishy objects to keep her distracted during the process. Amber spoke in a soothing, reassuring way that helped calm my daughter's nerves, and she was very gentle throughout the whole thing. My daughter left smiling, and the entire experience was so much smoother than I expected. The environment was clean, professional, and welcoming. The music added to the overall positive atmosphere, and all of the staff members were friendly and made us feel at ease. As a first-time parent getting their child's ears pierced, I was nervous too, and I must admit, I had a bit of a moment when I saw the needle (I didn't realize how intense it looked!). But Amber handled everything like the pro that, and I kept my poker face on to help keep my daughter calm. The customer service here was so amazing, Amber and Riggs made me feel so welcome and at home. I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found Irvine Ink. I got a tattoo done by Riggs, and it was honestly the quickest but most pain-free and best quality tattoo I've had done. I also got my lobes pierced by Amber, and she talked me through the whole thing and made me feel so at ease when I told her I was more nervous with piercings than tattoos. And it's honestly the coolest shop I've seen, the decorations help to keep your mind busy while getting tattooed or pierced, you can look in the same spot twice and see something completely new you didn't notice before. I went to Irvine Ink Tattoo with my best friend, girlfriend and sister for my best friend and i to get matching tattoos done. Katt, did all of our tattoos, she did absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and understanding that it was my first time so she made it as comfortable as she could and she did amazing! Probably the best experience I've had at a tattoo shop. All the artists at the shop are super friendly and have a passion in the art they make. They also have a body piercer that offers great work. Came in not too long ago and got a tattoo from Brandon and he nailed it perfectly. Ive been back a couple times since then and got work done from Brandon again and Kris.
