Went to this shop for Friday the 13th a couple weeks ago and got a mermaid tail by Juliette. It was overall just a wonderful experience. Juliette is very light-handed which is so important for client comfort as a tattoo artist (it was actually so relaxing it felt like a massage) and the tattoo turned out beautiful. Juliette is so talented and an incredible artist. I was in awe of some of the tiny details she added even while it was getting done. Just overall a wonderful experience. I had Shane, the guy was such a homie. He helped me after hours and was there for every lil detail. I asked him to redo the stencil 3 times and he was making sure i had a great experience. I have heard nothing but great things about this studio. My artist Natalie was incredible. She took all of my ideas into consideration and i left with a gorgeous tattoo. Her work is beautiful and she is extremely talented, sociable, and kind. I felt at home here and actually dozed off for a little nap during it. I created a yelp account just to review Ivy Room Tattoo and honestly should have done it a long time ago. They absolutely kill it at every aspect of their business. The shop is beautiful, the staff is kind and inviting (not always what you get at a tattoo shop), the quality of tattoos are extremely good, they provide drinks and snacks aplenty, and honestly it's just a fun place to get tattooed at. I've had 5-6 tattoos there from Scott and my wife a similar number from Paige. They both have done some absolutely amazing work on us. While being there I've seen plenty of work done by Gabby, Shane, Alex, and recently by Remy that also is just awesome. Walk-ins are welcome and most went from request to getting tattooed during the time I was there getting mine. Can't recommend this place enough go check them out!!! read more

After having such a great experience a couple days ago at the shop and loving the vibes I had to come back today! Gabby did an amazing job on this flower piece! I absolutely love everything about the tattoo and I love that I didn't even feel a thing especially since it was right on my lower wrist since I don't have a high pain tolerance.
